Pharmacy hours are listed everywhere as 9am-7pm. Called to speak with someone bc the automated system wasn’t working to refill my script, sat on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up and calling the store itself to ask what was going on- he says “oh yeah they actually aren’t open right now, they won’t open until 11am today.”So annoying.

Came in 15 mins prior to my scheduled vaccine appointment and spent 45 minutes waiting. Update on this. Pharmacist called me 51 minutes after arriving to let me know they are ready. I had walked out and I was at home scheduling with another pharmacy. A whole hr waiting for a vaccine. I understand sometimes they get busy with customers but there wasn’t a line of customers.

The pharmacy has been a mess. I showed up to pick up my prescription 2 hours after being told it would be ready and then the pharmacist said it was out of stock and hung up (I was in the drive thru) and she wouldn’t acknowledge me to ask if I could transfer it. Super rude. The 2nd issue in a month so we are taking our business elsewhere obviously.

Trust me go somewhere else. This place is a joke. Do your self a favor and go to CVS. They just need to close down this Walgreens completely and put a CVS there instead. The pharmacist do not want to take your scripts and they think you are using someone else good Rx card. Waist of time. Worst service.

Don't change Balance Rewards, to make them less valuable to customers, as you are planning to do. 40,000 points should be worth $50 as always. And pretending that devaluing our points is an "improvement" for customers is DESPICABLE.
