My son purchased COVID test for 25.00. Once he arrived home both ends of the box were sealed. I opened it and the two nasal swabs were missing. He immediately returned it to the store where the 'manager' said they will not accept refunds or replacements. I asked so we are out 25.00 and she said yep..Morally and ethically that is wrong. Walgreens keeps the 25.00 so if they give you a test kit that's not all there your out of luck. That was the rudest manager I have EVER dealt with and will share my experience on social media!

These people are immensely helpful. I went to pick up my father's meds. Got my stuff checked out in less than 2 minutes. The techs and pharmacist are very kind. The floor staff are always a delight.

Here trying to get a simple vaccine. So far it has been 1.5 hours. Zero sense of urgency. I will say the lab tech and pharmacist are both polite, but there is a lack of communication and understanding of what is going on. Don't offer the service if you cannot follow through.

If anyone knows customer service in this WORLD it is Ceila. I believe she is the Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist in charge at this Walgreens. Her and her staff move mountains to accommodate customers. She is amazing. And her staff is phenomenal!!! They should hold workshops and share their secrets!! Thank you to Erin too!! She is always helpful and sweet!!
