I'm laughing at these reviews because I live near a Vintage Charm in LaGrange IL and love it so much. I have been to this Vintage Charm in Granger. I have a house in Edwardsburg Mi so I went to see the store in Granger. The ladies at LaGrange VC store could not be any nicer and more helpful. I have purchased so much at the LaGrange store. The Granger store employees are ridiculous w their snobbish attitude to everyone that walks into the store..hey VC Granger employees, take a lesson from another, more profitable VC store... leave your attitudes at home and be humble when you're at work.. Those VC Granger employees are so clueless, but laughable at the same time! Hope they get it together before it's too late and the store closes.

I love the clothes but agree that the customer service is rude. I was there once when the owner was in and she was great. Every other time, the clerks act as if it’s inconvenient to have people shopping.

Cute clothes with horrible customer service!!!! These ladies treated me so poorly that I put everything back was ready to purchase!!! Spend your money somewhere else!! Everyone that I've talked to says the same thing! Just rude!!!

Love the clothes great Size range for xs to xxl, it's all there and it's in fashion and stylish. Worth the money and didn't shrink up in the wash. Best place to get a baby shower gift , housewarming etc. But you know if you get the wrong person to ring you up, she never leaves that front area. The rest are very helpful. So must be either important or the owner operater or related. She's dreadful to deal with. Ignored you while ringing it treats you like your a bother, or answers the phone while ringing you up, it's awfubleven though there's 3 back there, who could do that and" look at her like seriously" she doesn't get this, Brunette with hair in a clip and a horrid attitude for bothering her to ring you up. I'm spending my money here. But you make it a challenge instead of a pleasure. I'm glad to catch the store with her off shift ya know? I go there regularly and pray not to get her.

Bryn and her team are great people!!! Always have cute items you don’t see anywhere else around here. If they don’t have what I want in stock they order it for me and it’s there within 1-2 days. Best boutique in this area in my opinion.

I went into find some cute fall items and there was four people working as I walk through the store absolutely nobody greeted me not even when I walked in. It's also relatively dirty and disorganized. Customer service was bad so I didn't want to spend any time in there

There isn't anything super affordable about this place, but man, is it worth it! I loved this boutique. So many amazing clothes, home goodies and jewelry! If you need a unique party dress, trendy jeans, or a super cool top, this is the place. I left with a bag full of dresses and jewelry that I LOVED, even though my wallet was lighter.

I love this boutique in Granger. It is tucked in between a Biggby's Coffee and Gigi's Cupcakes. It's in a larger space which makes it great for spreading out their displays. The clothing, jewelry and other boutique items are adorable - its a fashionista's paradise. The prices are on the higher end for their clothing but they also have clearance racks and offer sales. They carry sizes XS-plus size. The have a huge dressing room area and sitting available as well. If you need to find a gift, there are a lot of gift ideas and options here from candles to cards and unique items.
