Awesome place. Ran by people that want to make you happy. If your in the market for an Ebike see them. Also do your own homework aka You Tube. Do not attempt to put together by yourself if you want it done right and safe go through a bike shop which gives you many benefit's.. Spin Zone is the place. I am almost 64 yrs of age and have developed a built in BS detector and at Spin Zone Cycling it DID NOT GO OFF. GOOD JOB GUYS . THANKS.P. S. We ended up buying an Ebike for myself and they helped us with a three wheel Ebike for my wife.. Again Thanks.....

Mike was great. Awesome customer service. They were quick to respond and service. Mike had a bit of struggle to figure it out but found the problem on my new trike of a couple months old (i ordered from another company) thank you very much.

I have been riding a bike of some sort Back-and-forth to work for over 30 years, I've been in many bike shops. This one by far is the largest, the most stocked, with the most professional employees I've ever experienced. So many bikes in stock, hundreds. If it's not in stock and they sell it they'll have it within a week. I bought the aventon adventure

I arrived at Spin Zone on a Saturday morning 30 minutes before opening. I was sitting in my car in the parking lot when one of the employees came to the door and opened motioning to come in. Once I explained my need (fixing a Lectric tire, pedal and tune up) he advised me the was not a problem and asked if I had brought the bike. I did and he came out to my vehicle and carried it in for me. He was very friendly and helpful. Within 3 hours I received a text and phone call advising the bike was finished and could be picked up anytime. I was waiting for Lectric to send a warranty number which took a few days. I called Spin Zone to let them know what was going on as my bike had been ready now for 4 days. When I called they were very friendly and reminded me that they did not charge storage and that the bike would be there when I returned. I really appreciated their professional and friendly service and the repair cost was very fair. Thank You Spin Zone and employees.

Spin zone is awesome for service and selection! Mike actually opened 45 minutes early when he saw me walk up with a flat tire on my bike. He fixed it quickly and I was back on the road and no time. Excellent customer service!!

From the first step in to the last step out. Everyone was super helpful answered all my questions everyone was really knowledgeable. Ben was able to diagnose and repair my mtb with in a couple min of troubleshooting. Ben showed me how the components worked and how to fix the issue in the future. Extremely happy with the experience.

Spin Zone Cycling is top notch! We live in Fort Wayne and have 2 Rad Electric bikes that needed service. We were unable to find a qualified dealer near us and were fortunate to find Spin Zone in Granger, IN listed on the Rad Bike web site as an authorized dealer (located 114 miles from us). Mike was able to meet us halfway to pick up our bikes and the repairs on both bikes were completed in a few days. The techs here are extremely knowledgable and experienced and I can’t recommend them highly enough. This is now our go-to bike shop!

The employees were awesome. The outfitted me with new cycling shoes, shorts and a helmet. I was excited to get back on my road bike after a very long time. The also said to come back after a couple of rides and they can help me adjust my old bike if my body changed after kids. Thanks guys it was great working with you. Extra thanks to Tim for the helmet and bike shoe fitting, there great.
