Purchase 2 pair of shoes on 8/5. Staff was awesome. Found my size and fit me with a comfortable shoe, so I bought 2 pair. I would tell anyone to go visit the store and try on the shoe of choice. I give them 5 stars for excellence! Joe Ousley Warsaw.

We had the absolute best experience with Tyrique. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made shoe shopping for our two boys a pleasurable experience, we've never been able to say that before. We will definitely be making the one hour drive there again to shoe shop with Tyrique for our boys. He was so thorough and and his style and sizing suggestions for each one was 100% correct on the first try.

My son needed shoes to fit around his braces and i felt like they brought every shoe from the back till we got a pair that was perfect. It was also few mins till closing and they acted as if it was alright and still provided great customer service. That also made me buy a pair for myself and my girlfriend also...

I wanted to buy two pairs of shoes today for my friend and I but we were very uncomfortable the entire time we were in there. Employees just stand there and stare at you the entire time. It was not a pleasant experience so we left and got shoes elsewhere. Will not be back.

I drove my 80 year old mother an hour to get her shoes before she had hip replacement. She wears narrow shoes and New Balance has always fit her well. The female associate was not helpful but also rude. It was as if we were intruding on her space. She did not offer anything to us. We found shoes which she liked but were told there were none in stock and this lady never offered to order us the ones in the correct size. Just deplorable customer service. Never coming here again!

Fiancé was in need of a new pair of shoes something fierce. Matthew was quick to check on us and helped her pick out 2 perfect pair of shoes. Extremely wonderful transaction. Best new balance store we’ve ever been to. We were in and out in under 30minutes which never happens at any of the stores we’ve been to in Oregon and Washington state.
