I am extremely disappointed with my experience. If I could select 0 stars I would. As a mobile groomer, our company purchased a groom van from them, expecting reliable equipment to support our business. Nothing about them is reliable. However, since the beginning, we've encountered nonstop issues with the generator, causing us to lose valuable work days. We have lost an estimated $50,000 losing about 100 days of work.Despite reaching out multiple times via email, Wag N Tails has consistently ignored our pleas for assistance, seemingly hoping the problem would magically resolve itself. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for our concerns are simply unacceptable.I strongly advise against purchasing from Wag N Tails. It has been the worst decision for our business, as they sold us equipment that does not work and have failed to provide any meaningful support or resolution. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for reliable equipment and reputable service.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Wag n TailsI'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Wag n Tails. It's evident that their focus is solely on making the sale, with little to no concern for the customer post-purchase.Since the day of our purchase, we have been plagued with persistent generator issues. It's become increasingly clear that there's a problem with the gas supply to the generator, and despite our attempts to seek assistance, Wag n Tails has displayed a shocking lack of concern or willingness to address the issue. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and basic product quality. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Wag n Tails to think twice.

Definitely would not recommend this company. We bought a few of their vehicles and they are nothing but money pits. They are so overpriced and are in constant need of repairs. The generators don't last long and the axles in the trailers always bend. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars putting money into to these repairs for maintenance. Unfortunately, the people who work and own this company could care less. I would avoid this company at all cost and go somewhere else? You are making them rich while you become poor with all the money you have to put into them. Its just not fair!

I love my Wag'n Tails grooming van!!! Its been almost a year since my purchase. It's perfect inside and has everything I need. Customer service and overall buying experience was excellent. My only complaint is kind of a big one though. Unfortunately the van is just not designed to run in extremely cold weather climates (zero degrees). Plumbing has frozen several times despite following all winter instructions, running the furnace, water heater, antifreeze etc. The propane tank is also so small that in the winter I have to find time and go out of my way 2-3x a week ? to fill propane and it is costly as well (~$50 per week). When it's not single digits outside, everything works great. Everyone on the Wag'n tails team has been extremely helpful and overall I would recommend it to others!

If your time, money, and sanity are important to you, I recommend looking else where. I received a brand new van at the end of January (I had it delivered as I live very far away). I had problems with the power in the salon from the start. After a month of not being able to work (it wouldn’t even work being plugged in), taking it places to try to solve the problem, it turns out the transfer switch was bad and had to be replaced. While wag n tails did reimburse me for the transfer switch, I was still out of work for a month. And since, the sensor in the fresh water tank broke, and my generator stopped running again (only 28 hours on it). Again, it’s a brand new van and I’ve only had it for less than 3 months now.

Great team is dedicated to improving their clients' journeys in expanding mobile pet grooming and veterinary services across North America. They really care that their customers have successful businesses.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Wag'n Tails. Over the last several years, we have ordered six mobile grooming vans from them. The vans perform exceptionally well, and if there ever is a problem, their customer support team gets right on it. We're grateful to have them as a crucial part of our team.

Beautiful van conversion!

Definitely look elsewhere if you’re looking for an honest mobile grooming conversion company. These people are unresponsive and very misleading in their sales pitch. Further, they use a disreputable credit ratings company (SageStream) to force you into a higher interest rate and extremely high down payment, which defeats the purpose for most who are trying to start a new business. Even the owner did not respond to concerns raised. Go elsewhere!

Poor service via email for a veterinarian looking too find a mobile unit. No clue why DVMs would use them if you can’t even get passed the national sales manager for positive solutions and options.

This car dealership and their Mobile Grooming partner, Wag N Tails is a scam. They sold me a used mobile grooming vehicle with a bad engine. I live in Virginia Beach, VA and flew 800 miles with my 4 year old daughter to buy this vehicle. They sent me all documents for financing via UPS express mail and required me to sign the “AS IS” form before I came to look at and buy the vehicle. You have to sign the “AS IS” form before you get there or else they won’t do the financing for you. They kind of put you in a catch 22 position which is unfair. I had this vehicle 103 days total and only worked out if it 68 days when the engine blew up. The first day I worked in it the check engine light came on but the engine still seemed ok. I was told maybe I got bad gas. At 60 days I had to take the vehicle in because it was running rough and losing coolant. That was a misfire in the #5 cylinder.....cost me $704 and 2 days of lost income/work, couldn’t find out why the engine was losing coolant. On Monday, June 8th at 10:00am my engine goes and I can’t work. Now, I’m stuck paying $7020 (that’s just the cost on the ESTIMATE....you know it’s always higher) for a new engine at Cavalry Ford in Virginia Beach. My husband is a disabled Navy veteran and this mobile grooming vehicle is how I support our family. I asked them to help me out on the cost of the new motor (I just asked them to help and pay half of the estimate) since I had only had it a short time and they said no! Left me screwed, left my family screw! This vehicle was $52,000 and the engine went bad and I have only made 2 payments ($1099 a month) on it! Don’t trust this shady dealership or their friend Wag N Tails, especially if your livelihood depends on the vehicle!

I purchased a 2016 grooming van. I was assured that all testing was done and everything worked. When I got it home and started using the van I noticed that the fresh water hose was leaking and had to fix that. Then a month later the furnace was t working properly. When I asked them about it they told me I’m on my own basically. They have given me false information and failed to have people contact me I asked for. In my opinion this company does not care about their customers or back their products. I will be looking into Hanvey for my next purchase and plan to get rid of this wag n tails van ASAP!

I purchased my dodge “Ultra Groom” van 3 years ago this month. In the first 6 months after bringing it home, the generator started having issues. It wouldn’t crank after the first appointment. I called wag n tails and was told to take it to Onan. The closest Onan to me is in Atlanta. I left it there for a week and the problem was not fixed. I had to cancel appointments once again and take it to Onan myself and get it to “break” for them. They said it was a problem with the control panel and they replaced it. Fast forward 2 1/2 years later and it is still a problem. Every summer I have to wait around 30 minutes to a hour before the generator will crank. Any groomer knows that time is money. I was told that they have a lot of vans that runs in rural areas and they do not have this problem. But, all the mobile groomers I know all say they have the same problems out of theirs. Maybe it’s a problem out of these 3 vans and all the other runs great. If I were told that, That would be enough for me as a business to want to see what the product I sold someone was doing. Especially when they’re paying $85k for it. It seems that once you purchase one of these vans that everything is on you after. Since I have purchased this van, it has been nothing but problems and they’re getting more and more expensive to fix after the warranty runs out. I have gave up on calling Wag n Tails for help. I feel that every time I do I am talked down to and even laughed at once when I was crying and emotional because I had just lost a client of over 10 years. She made the statement “I’m sorry, Sweetie. But, it seems your van just always has issues and is not dependable”. I would have to agree with her. I urge anyone thinking about purchasing one of these to talk to other groomers around who has one. I wish I had known everything I do now about these vans and this company, I wouldn’t have ever purchased one.
