We had a party of 6 and called the day before so they knew we were coming. They rushed us and didn’t give us the full spa experience. Base coat wasn’t even applied to some of us. A manicure was a joke. A little filing put your hands in plain water, wipe and begin to apply product. Where was the lotion and hand massage. I wouldn’t go back.

Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Very rushed, sloppy job and then a $2 fee for using a debit card instead of cash. Shouldn't debit be same as cash? And my nails look like a child painted them. Won't be back.

I called the day before I went and asked pricing for what I wanted I was told 55 so I proceeded to let them know best reviews are Tammy and Abi so I would like one of them. I also called the day of to make sure they would be there. When I walked in I was greeted by a male who asked me If I called I said yes for Abi or Tammy. The male still sat me down and reassured me that Tammy or abi were gonna come finish my nails so don't worry. I got the fact that they weren't when he started the last step. He didn't do bad I love my nails his name was Alex but it still was not what I asked for. He had forgot I wanted gems on my nails so I just went to pay I didn't wanna get frustrated anymore. But at checkout my total was 77 I told them what I was told and they dropped it to 55 for me. It was a back and forth experience but I like my nails. But I had nerves the whole time because I didn't have who I asked for in the end.

The first time I went to this salon was for a French manicure and I saw Tammy, who was wonderful. I scheduled a second appointment for a fill and a pedicure at the time of checkout. I wrongly assumed I would see Tammy again. Instead, on Saturday, May 4, at 8:30 a.m., I was sat in the pedicure chair, and a different employee began my pedicure. Within minutes, another employee rushed a cart over and started working on my fill at the same time. While I was getting my pedicure done, she had me reaching across my body and twisting to get my nails done simultaneously. It was anything but restful and enjoyable. It was uncomfortable to be in a twisted position for thirty minutes. The pedicurist "cleaned" the callous file by swishing it around in my foot bath with my feet in it and then she put it back on her cart. The manicurist didn't clean under my nails and left acrylic dust in the edges of my nails. She didn't clean up my cuticles, either. I felt rushed out. The regular pedicure and manicure were complete and I was out the door in 35 minutes with the pleasure of paying $100 for the ordeal. One benefit of being twisted to the side for half an hour: I got to see the grime built up on the sink area and the floor. I won't be back.

First time going to the salon… I was hopeful, but majorly disappointed!
Like normal, I asked for a Mani Pedi and I picked my nail color.
They started working on me at the same time and rushed every single part. They were done with everything in 15 minutes which normally would sound good if I was in a rush, but I was not.
When I was done, I noticed that they missed many edges both on my fingers and toes nails and also I had nail polish on the skin around my toenails
Although I picked matching color, my toenails and fingernail color ended up different… They tried to tell me it’s because one is gel and one is regular polish. I have never had this happen at any other salon (see picture- you can also see the polish on my skin)
When I went back into the salon to point out the missing polish on my nail, they just quickly put me in a chair and another layer… But did not clean up the work on my skin touch up my fingernails.
Maybe they were super busy I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they definitely lost a customer that would’ve been repeat every two weeks. Do better!

I walked in after a long day of work and received THE most amazing service. The massage after my pedicure was the best I've ever had. They were so fast to do a full set of acrylics while I comfortably received a pedicure. The staff were incredibly kind. The music and atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this business!!! Full five star review!

Worst manicure with dip i have had. Sides of the nail bed was left undone. I pointed it out before I left and she just filed it off instead of doing it right. This is the second time I have gone and will not go back. It’s always how fast they can get you out of there instead of the quality.

Worst dip mainicure I have ever had. Side of the nail beds were left unfinished. I pointed it out before I left and they just filed it off. They are more in a rush to get you out and onto the next person than making sure you have a quality manicure for what you are paying. This was my second time going. I will not go back.

Awful. So dirty. Looks like they never sanitize let alone wipe anything down. Manicure tools laying in a dusting of nail dust and then used on me. Technician was rude. Started to use the restroom but overwhelming smell of urine 5' away changed my mind. Will not go back.

Update on my earlier review: in less than a week since I had my nails done the gel polish has already started pealing away from the acrylic nails. So not only was my experience there unpleasant and un-relaxing, and the shape work not very good, but the quality of the work was also very poor.

Cut my foot deep and then tried to "clean it" by soaking my foot in the warm bath water. I left right away and went to the market across the street for Neosporin.

This used to be my go to nail salon, but I will avoid it completely now. It’s not clean and the services are rushed. One day post gel mani & pedi for both my daughter and I and our gel polish has almost completely off just from washing our hands. It peels at the corners and then comes off, and my feet look the same as they did before I sat down for the pedicure. I will not be returning.

This was my first time at here and it did not disappoint. The staff, everything was perfect. My tech did my nails and they came out perfect. Everyone was so welcoming
