I have been coming to Lovely Nails for a while now and am always happy with my manis and pedis. Yesterday, I saw Trinity and she suggested that I try Gel X for my nails instead of acrylic. I love how they look and feel. She took her time, noting every detail and did a beautiful job.

I would come here if you want your cuticles butchered and your nails to look sloppily done. Today I went in for a fill and I always ask for the cat eye designs, I've had technicians in the past here work with me to build a nail that I would like. Today I sat at #16 and asked for a cat eye design they had POSTED but with a different color. (They had the same color combination I asked for posted just with a different design shown .) The only thing that changes would've been how she was holding the magnet over my nail. She told me it was impossible (lied) , I asked for proof and she screamed at the top of her lungs about how "I was being difficult". I left with nails that had chunky lines and was nothing close to what i wanted. Not even to mention the audacity she had to scoff when I didn't tip her, And the fact I paid $75 for a fill that's posted as $30. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I came to Lovely Nails a few months ago and left very dissatisfied with my acrylics. I came in the next day to have them removed by Kim, and since then I’ve only gone to her! She takes very well care of your needs, pays attention to detail, she even ends your service with a hand massage! I will never stray away from Kim, I’ve even recommended her to a few of my friends. I couldn’t be happier!

I asked for French tips, and for my toes to be acrylic and the woman said she could do it without doing the acrylic. It took her thirty minutes to do the tips and still couldn’t do it right. I paid for #2 foot massage for $40 and she didn’t even finish doing the massage and went straight to polishing my nails. I was upset to say the least, if you cannot do French tips please say so and I would have went somewhere else instead I paid $40 for a service I couldn’t finish.

Kim did an absolutely amazing job on my nails!! I showed her a design I liked and she gave me exactly what I wanted!! The nails are so beautiful and everyone at the salon is so friendly! I will definitely be back! :-)

Dip wasn’t done correctly multiple times, my nails were chipped and breaking off a few days later. Don’t waste your money going here!!

After a few years I decided to give nail salons another shot & I remember why I started going to an independent nail tech. First off those little plastic cups she tried to mount my hands on did nothing but get in the way. Bc of those stupid cups, she kept getting mad how my hands were positioned. Came in for a fill, left with my nails looking thick, they were crooked when they weren’t crooked in the first place bc she tried to forcefully file it as a coffin when it was square, & the paint job was lumpy & terrible. Overall I immediately noticed she didn’t want to do my nails in general as she had just came back from lunch I presume & they immediately sat me down with her before she could even take off her coat. I didn’t ask for her. The SECOND I got in my car I started crying. Ended up leaving extremely disappointed & took them off immediately.

I Have used this salon for a while now. I was already concerned they cared more about money than customer service and after my last experience it proved my point. I was the 2nd customer inside the shop last week and two employees had a massive screaming match (one being the lady working on me) she walked away from me for over 20 minutes and was bloody screaming with another employee. This lasted for a total of about 35 minutes. I would have walked out but my hands were soaking in acetone. A removal and fill ended up taking an hour and a half and 3 employees to complete. When I was still charged full price and expected to tip I knew this place would no longer get mine or my two Daughter's services again.
