I have had great luck with TMT. I've been pleased with their communication and thoroughness when taking our vehicles there. They always try to get me in quickly, which I appreciate. They stand behind their work and typically finish when they say they will, if they can't they have communicated in advance if they will be later than the promised time. They have been courteous and friendly, I will continue to go to them.

OK, so in desperate need of major car work, I searched around where I could take my vehicle other than the dealership. As I am not from Indiana and was just visiting, I read different reviews from different places I came across TMT and I wasn’t sure what to think although they had good reviews, they also had a few negative. I initially called and made an appointment and then changed my mind and canceled the appointment. Steven one of the Amazing reps there called me back and inquired why I changed my mind. There were a few reasons, but one of the reasons was I needed a loaner car. So here is the thing, not only did they provide me with a loaner vehicle they were absolutely more than fair they also was super fast as I needed my vehicle back in a few days to travel back home to Texas. They even had an option for financing as I had major work done to my car. Steven was super kind, explained everything to a T and even had sympathy for my situation. I really appreciate Steven and his crew and definitely the crewmembers who worked on the vehicle! I’m so happy I didn’t go to the Ford dealership.?? thank you?

Wonderful customer service! Pierce was very informative and explained everything, from the time I asked them to assess the issue to the day I picked it up. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable and I can honestly say I trust them!

Ha. Trying to charge over 600 bucks for a 30 minute rear brake job. I can get the pads and rotors for 105 bucks. Paid 180 for a diagnostic and they can't even tell me what's wrong with the 3 things that is wrong with it. But want to charge 250 for a transmission flush to rule that out for the transmission problem. The whole van shakes after it shifts. It's not a fluid problem. Can't tell me why it's running a little hot and I can smell antifreeze. Don't take your vehicle here.

Everything went as stated, along with bringing attention to needed brake replacements. Showed us the worn out parts that were replaced with new. I'd say TMT is a five star with automotive needs.
