The staff are really sweet and I have no issues with them at all. However, the owners decided to get rid of all the old cat condos and replace them with new ones with no consideration for elderly or disabled cats. They used to have units that were all one level (2x6) which was great for my old cat, but now they're all multi-level and I need to figure out my options.

Love Kryder Hotel, prices are very reasonable with boarding two dogs over the holidays etc, the staff is super friendly even when they are getting bamboozled on a Sunday evening pick up. We exclusively use Kryder for our boarding needs.

This is the first time I write a review. I dropped my puppy on Thursday. I wanted to see what’s the crate look like through the class door. They told me I was not allowed to see but I am welcome to check it out when I pick him up. I went there on Sunday to pick him up and again I was not allowed to see my puppy even through the door! They told me they have a tour on Monday and Thursday. Who has time to take your whatever tour on Monday and Thursday??? They also didn’t follow the instruction I give them to feed my puppy his medicine. It’s probably because it’s Sunday and they close at 7.00 pm. My puppy was in a good mood when I pick him up so I am sure he was taken care very well during the stay. It just feel like they don’t let you know what’s going on and there, which is really bad.

We've been using Kryder for a few years now, and we'll continue to do so for as long as we have pets needing care while we're away. The staff all seem to very much enjoy their jobs, the animals seem to very much enjoy the attention, and it's really not terribly priced. If you're looking to board your pets, Kryder is a great place to check out.

My dogs really enjoy going to Kryder Kritter. Our dogs go for daycare and grooming. Heather runs Kryder Grooming. She and her crew do a great job getting my dogs cleaned up. It's very apparent that everyone at Kryder Kritter loves our dogs.

I cannot express enough how wonderful Kryder Kritter hotel is. The owner and staff have always been accommodating, professional, extremely friendly. I wouldn’t trust any other boarding facility with my fur babies. I have been taking my pups to Kryder since 2017, whether it be boarding or daycare. My pups get excited just pulling into the driveway, that in itself tells me that they can hardly wait to get out to see their fur friends! I would and do recommend Kryder Kritter hotel. Thank you for all you do for me and my fur babies!??

It’s our go to pet hotel whenever we go to places! We always make sure to book well in advance especially for holidays. The staff are always loving and friendly to our animals which is what matters! They made sure our dog Koda wasn’t cooped up in his cage like a prisoner and had time to go play with other dogs and actually enjoy his stay too! Kryder isn’t the closest to us but we always come here because we know he’ll be taken care of!

AMAZING prices!! Recently switched, VERY happy with the cost of daycare and the staff is super friendly, clean! Love that they obviously care to keep it tidy, but it is heavy on bleach smell, that is a little concerning, not sure that’s is great for the animals or humans.Overall would recommend!

So friendly. Clean place. They make you feel like your pet is safe. I bring my dog here for daycare, boarding, and grooming. Dog comes home clean and exhausted from playing with other dogs. Photo of my dog freshly groomed, she wouldn't sit still.

I take my dog here for daycare, boarding, bath, and nail trim! The staff is always so kind to her and memorized her name and meds, feeders, etc. so quickly! I’m hoping with the new vet office they’ll make some upgrades to the hotel as well. I’d love access to a camera to see my dog throughout her stay as I know other facilities have that.

We recently boarded our two dogs for the weekend due to a last minute situation. Kryder not only got us in with very little notice, but they also did a great job. We were happily impressed!

We won’t take our pups anywhere else! This weekend was Oliver’s first stay and he LOVED it. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and will treat your pets as their own, thank you for everything!
