Today was the second time my reservation was not honored. I walked into the salon at 10:55am for an 11am appointment while the tech I requested was just sitting down to do someone’s pedicure. I let the tech next to the counter know I had an 11 am appt. She told to sit down and ten minutes later she informed me she would do my nails. While my nails look good, the appointment was rushed and in no way relaxing. Then I sat again until noon when the tech I requested was ready to do my pedicure. One hour later. Please do not accept reservations if you are not willing or able to keep them.

Very nice and does an awesome job! Got exactly what i asked for also got my feet done it was amazing I would definitely recommend this place and I came all the way from Niles,MI and it was worth it thanks I will definitely be back

Nails look pretty bad. Wish I was told this wouldn’t look like the sample nail. Had a glitter gel polish here before that I loved and looked great. Not this time.

really nice people welcomed me when I got there. I got in fast and also my nails looked exactly like the photo I showed them! They actually took their time and did my cuticles and made sure the nails were the same length! overall had great prices as well!

Very upset with my last experience. My nails chipped within days of getting them done. The polish was not even covering the total nails. Charged a different price than they did the 3 weeks before I was there. They argued saying I was not right but I could show the amount from my bank statement online. They painted my daughter’s nails and they looked awful. They rushed painting her fingers because they were starting to get busy. She had polish all over her skin in globs and the polish was not even to the tips of her nails. They were rude when I asked them to fix her nails and said they looked perfect to them. She had a crack in her fingernail where they were trimmed and the nail not removed but painted over. They ended up painting another coat but the polished peeled off her nails as a whole finger nail in 3 days. Very upsetting as I paid $60 for her nails. I did not even ask for them to fix mine as they were so rude. Will not be back!

I took my granddaughter. It was her first time and she loved it. We will go back again. Mary did my pedicure and she did a great job!!

I asked for medium length coffin-shapes nails and they turned out perfect!! The design was freestyled and I absolutely loved it. Great overall experience I would highly recommend:)
