“Bryant was awesome today on a day that I am aware there are a lot of angry customers due to policy changes. He was friendly and extremely patient with the phone rep he spoke to on my behalf that was made more trying due to a slight language barrier on the phone rep's side.

“The two workers at the time, Alyssa and Jessica were an amazing help. They by no means tried to pressure me into buying anything I wasn't there for, and even gave me free stuff as I switched my provider. They were super friendly and made great small-talk. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for a new phone, provider, etc as they will give you a fair deal, and outright tell you if they think there is a better option for your budget.”
