I had my ring sized and it was beautifully done. I was amazed. Soon as we walked in it was extremely welcoming and the staff was patient with all my questions. I will definitely be returning.

The staff at Impress was so helpful and made our experience finding our wedding bands a breeze! They provided us with options that fit the description we were looking for and helped us make decisions from there. Impress is definitely my go to all time favorite jeweler with the highest quality and best selection in the region. Not only do I love working with Kelly (she is the best) but all of the Impress staff take the time to listen to what I am looking for and offer options in a variety of price ranges. This is a team I truly trust and I encourage everyone to give Impress a try.I would also like to give an additional thank you to the specialists working behind the scenes who inspect/tighten/polish my rings and installed the safety backs on my new earrings. This was my mother's wedding ring brought in to be resized, soldered and the band increased to improve strength to be given to my daughter for her wedding day. ? it turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Bill, the owner, and all of the Impress staff are top notch!! A family member recommended them for a watch repair. They took such great care of us, we decided to go back! They're responsive and very helpful. I was running late at the end of their work day - Impress still let me bring a piece in (thinking that I was dropping it off only) - they fixed it right then and there, and cleaned my jewelry while the repair was being done. They truly go above and beyond!! Bill is generous, kind and fair. I am certainly "impress"ed by them and will continue going to them for years to come! Blessings.

Words can not adequately explain the superior, kind and generous service I received! I brought an inexpensive but sentimental piece of jewelry in for repair. Not wanting to invest too much, they offered to modify the repair actually needed. Turns out, in order to properly repair they basically completely restored the piece to its original beautiful condition and, out of the goodness of their heart, only charged me what they had originally quoted. Going through a difficult time that they knew nothing about and their kindness and generosity touched me so! I will wear it everyday.

Exceptional service with professional people!! We went there with a set of wedding rings that needed work and they were so pleasant to work with. They did an exceptional job with my wife's rings!! I was impressed enough that I even bought another piece of jewelry. We both feel that we have found a wonderful place to get jewelry.

After having a terrible experience at another well-known local family jeweler named after a small woodland creature, I discovered Impress Jewelry Creations.Whether I brought an inexpensive ring in to be sized, or my antique platinum engagement ring for repairs, I have been treated to friendly and personal service with transparent pricing. And they've never failed to offer to clean my other jewelry while I wait.Even my young daughter has been won over by them treating her like a lady (and offering her soda. :D ). Highly recommend

I was beyond Impressed with my remade/repaired engagement ring!! Bill and his team went above and beyond in every way. I went to a few local jewelers and no one else gave us the time, knowledge, and attention to details the way Bill did with us. Excellent customer service and high quality workmanship. My daughters, granddaughter and I had the best time getting permanent bracelets today. I also picked out a beautiful ring and they managed to size it and have it ready before I fly out tomorrow. I would highly recommend Impress Jewelry Creations! So friendly and fun!

The folks at Impress helped me repurpose a switch bezel face on my project car by making and embossing a cover face for the bezel. The cover face fit perfectly and the embossed lettering font matched the other control lettering on the instrument panel. I’m very satisfied and would recommend them. Thank you Impress!
