This is my favorite Hampton Inn location. The staff are wonderful and the location is fantastic with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I have been staying here for years when in South Bend and have never had any complaints only great stays. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Ashley at the front desk was warm inviting professional and friendly! She went out of her way to accommodate our large hockey team for 3 nights! Her hospitality was very much appreciated. The rooms and lobby were very clean as was the pool and gym! Highly recommend this location! The hotel is in a location that boasts several restaurants and shops. 5 plus stars!

This hotel is right in the middle of stores restaurants and the cleaning and front staff are amazing. Let not forget the breakfast lady who breakfast is clean and tidy. I love it here will be back again. Thank

The welcome party at the front desk were awesome. The people that work there are fantastic made us feel like we were at home.Food & drinks: Breakfast food was hot taste great easy to get to lots of different things to choose. Give that a 10.

I have been staying at this hotel for several years. Every time I travel there the service get worse and worse. No more customer serves. Just got off the phone with David, not friendly at all. hard to hear him and every time I ask him to repeat his attitude gets worse.

Internet connection is 3rd world. Advertising that it's available is fraud. Facebook and Front Desk inquiries - we have no control. Have to go to Martin's grocery store next door to get an internet connection.

Tricky to find. It's in the middle of a commercial development but once you find it, it's completely convenient. Good parking. Easy in and out. Lots of eating places within the development.

Our stay from Tuesday through Friday was excellent! Lexi and Sarah were the best!! Lexi allowed use of the breakfast area later in the day for a birthday celebration for a friend (as long as we didn't use candles) . Lexi also assisted with restaurant info. South Bend is VERY limited on places to eat (except noisy bars)after 9PM during the week. We were there for minor league ball games. Very frustrating since games end around 9:30PM. Sarah followed up on two maintenance issues for us.

Rooms were very clean and up-to-date. Staff was also very friendly. If I'm returning to the area I will definitely stay here again.

Pros:*close (walking distance) to restaurants, shops, and a fantastic grocery store right next door*ample parking*comfortable beds*trendy/newer decor*front desk was attentive and helpful, offered recommendationsCons:*shower was absolutely filthy with dirt/hair all over (rest of the room was clean though)*breakfast and coffee was mediocre - toaster didn’t work correctly; coffee weak (not a deal breaker tho, as there is a Starbucks right next door)Overall, we would probably stay here again. It was an enclosed shower, so we didn’t notice the issues until the morning.

I was here for a week long class in a conference room. The service was great, the room we were in, and the bathrooms were clean. Fresh coffee and ice water were provided to us every day. The staff was very friendly. This a great option for business travelers or those who travel to the area for games at Notre Dame.Nearby activities: This hotel is located in an area with plenty of restaurants and is within walking distance of a nice grocery store.Walkability: The arra is very walkable and safe.
