He was amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, made sure we got all the discounts as advertised plus more for being with them for more than 18 yrs. My husband & I have backs that do not cooperate with us we have found that sleep number beds are the best because each side has its own stiffness, which changes at different times.
