This is the place to go for the bathroom and kitchen. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Nice showroom and the place is very clean! Stephanie was so helpful and had great suggestions.

Owned/maintained a fair number of rental properties as a family business. Even though I'm not a jobber, they helped me locate the right bins (lots of fittings on-hand) and a hard-to-find spud washer. On top of it all, prices were on par with Menards, so no point going there anymore.

Doug was so helpful & professional. My garden frost proof PROFLO Anti Siphon Sillcock had no water coming out. A plumber came and said “I need to cut through your drywall to figure out the problem” I was hesitant. After a few hrs of googling I realized what the parts were called and fiddled with it. I removed the stem and all the sudden alot of water gushed out. I shut off main water supply and realized I got the stem out but not the tip “valve/washer” (still unsure of name) It was stuck inside. I can’t turn on main water or I’ll have a watery mess everywhere ??♀️??♀️ many tears and frustrating emotions especially when babes need mommy’s attention.The next morning I show up to Ferguson and bumped into another plumber; explained the situation and he too said he’d have to cut through drywall. Then I start chatting with Doug who says “you’ll be alright just change these parts etc...” ; was tremendously helpful, reassuring & provided the parts needed. I got home and used a flashlight to see inside the sillcock and yes the valve/washer was stuck. Fiddled a wire in there and turned main water “on”... Woosh! The valve/washer flew out!! Replaced stem valve/washer and no more water flow.Thank you Doug! Your caring personality and profesional service was a huge blessing today.Below is the picture of the stem and separate valve/washer that is Torn up.

I went to this showroom to order a water softener because the brand they carry was recommended to me by a plumber friend. The man behind the counter took my water sample and I game him my phone and email. He said he would be in touch. I also emailed him the dimensions of my current softener per his request. Well I've gotten no response. I would like to buy local but I also need to get this done. I would rather they tell me they are not interested in my business than just ignore me. So I will order off the internet. Unfortunately this is the experience received when working with anyone in trades.

I had a very poor experience. Poor knowledge of their produce and poor support. They sold me a toilet with very unusual specs. Those specs added time and cost to the installation and remodel of my bathroom. Then when the toilet malfunctioned within a week of install they were of no help in fixing the problem. Their prices are high. You can find better value online. I come to a showroom for expertise and support, I got neither.

They do not know their product and do not support it. The sold me a toilet with very unusual specifications which led to difficulty And added cost with installation. And then when it malfunctioned within a week of install they were of no help in resolving the issues. Their prices are high you can definitely find better value online.
