Customer service is terrible from the little girl at the counter. Rolling your eyes at a customer is unacceptable! I requested my package be held at the office yesterday because our business closes at 530 and it was almost 5 when the package was still not here. The note on the delivery stated that it was going to be left at our door step. . at 805 it stated that the package was going to be held but then at 841 said out for delivery. When I asked the customer service rep on the phone she told me to go to the store and it would be there and ready. I asked her to double check so I don't waste my time. She said they would call me in 30 min from the location. They did not call me. I waited an hour. Then went to the store where the little girl at the counter was rude! I called her out on rolling her eyes and she then said "I didn't"! Yes she clearly did! Then she walked away from the counter. The lady in the back with dark hair was very nice and tried to help from a distance. Either way I am still without my package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday.

Why is there today to drop off a letter to send overnight. Responded to me as soon as I came in. Waited for me to find the info and very helpful. Even talked a little bit before I left. Certainly would go there again if needed. waited for me to find the information and said take your time and if I find it she would be right there to help.

Not sure what type of hodge podge Fedex is running these days but their website clearly states to refuse a package.. "A representative will either help schedule a pickup or direct you to a FedEx dropoff location to complete the return" and this retail site is clueless to how their own company works. A phone rep advised me to go to this FedEx retail. I was greeted immediately and stated I wanted to refuse the package they advised once it had been delivered it could not get refused and needed a label from the shipper. SO, that's a training issue that needs to be addressed. What's real funny is some guy stopped me as I was pulling out of their parking lot and told me to go to another store. The short and filtered version of what he said, the manager was a very unhappy person. He was there frequently and witnessed the manager being unhappy toward customers. 2 Stars because at least the first lady I talked to was sweet.

Unfortunately I had a horrible customer service experience here and my package...that I paid THEM to ship over night...was flagged by Fed EX as hazardous...it was a laptop...again...that I PAID the actual manager to package and ship....that was 9/16/2021...my laptop is still sitting in Memphis, TN....it's 9/23/2021...Stacey said she wasn't responsible for my package once it left their office...again...the package that she was paid to prepare...box, label, infill etc...Fed EX corporate claims to be shipping it back to her office because of the packaging....interesting how no one want's to take blame here? That's why there is no level of customer service they can provide that will win my business back....i.e. they have none...other wise...I would have my package that I paid 145.00 to over night...last week.... Small, but they are very efficient! I prefer a smaller store, as long as it’s efficient and there aren’t long wait times. Great job!
