Upon contacting EuniWave Wig Boutique I received very prompt responses by both phone and text. Eunice was very personable, understanding, and sensitive to my needs. She asked all the right questions, and was fully prepared when I arrived for my appointment. Her boutique offers a wide variety of styles, colors, options and accessories. This was the worst purchase I’ve possibly ever made. The vendor assured me the hairpiece was a good color match (NOT), it was wrapped around a hair clip which is near impossible to use because the hairs are so tangled around the claw of the clip you can’t style it, and to add insult to injury, it was a bait and switch with price signage. I mistakenly read the sign saying this small hairpiece was $15. What a bargain, but when I checked out my card was charged over $40. I couldn’t be more disappointed and sale was final so no way to correct this problem. Never will I buy anything from this vendor. Customer beware.
