Pretty convenient drug and convenient store! I shop here seasonally for medicine, gift cards and health care supplies. Always friendly staff that greet you upon entry. Nice self check out for quick and easy shopping.

Picked up prescription in drive. Was NOT told what they were and did not realize until home that I did not need one of them. They would not take back-now I am out $27 becauseof their error. Not a happy customer. Said they couldn’t take back afterleft store. Left the drugs with her so I guess they do take them back. They just don’t refund money.

Terribly rude customer care by Arlene: I was waiting in line for the self check out and gave the people before me some privacy ... Clerk Arlene who thought I was waiting for the regular check out made some rude and impolite comments. I left without purchase.

I had an issue a few weeks back communicating with the pharmacy tech understanding I wanted to use my Good Rx. I realized after I would have saved over $30 so went back today and the pharmacist Pollie was so friendly, helpful and polite and helped me get over $50 back on the scrips! Definitely appreciated the great service especially at a pharmacy as it's hard to find that good service any longer.

This pharmacy has had its ups and downs over the past year and a half, but I can't bring myself to leave them. Yes, it's slow (they're busy), but if you need a medication that day because you're out, they will accommodate you. RX Patel is a GREAT pharm manager.The staff has also been a slight issue, up until recently. Every business has had staffing problems (which also makes things slower), but with CVS they can bring in people from other stores who don't operate the exact same way or know the RX set up. It's frustrating for you, the tech, and the team.However, I can't thank them enough for remembering my name, helping me if there's an issue (I can't remember their names nearly as well, but Laura and Nyra are extremely knowledgeable, plus the woman with shorter blonde hair and many, many others!), and they're great at explaining things to me kindly (you just have to put everything frustrating aside and listen, which I know is hard in some cases, but it helps).From me to you RX Team, THANK YOU for all you've done for us. Having worked at CVS, I know how hard your days and evenings can be. Thank you for always helping with a smile. You're all appreciated?!

I was with my little kid waiting to pay. A silver hair staff asked me if I am ready to pay, I answered yes. She rolled her eyes told me that I should ring the calling staff button(she was only few steps away from us)then serviced like I bothered her so much! Excuse me?! I know it’s not easy to work, but at least you don’t need to give customers rude service!?

Scripts called in by my Dr. On a Monday it is now Sunday and Granger CVS pharmacy had not even begun filling them. I was told they expedited them but couldn’t guarantee they would be ready tomorrow (Monday, a whole week since they were called in). I went home, tried calling the pharmacy 4x with no luck, automated recording said it couldn’t be reached at the time (did they take the phone off the hook?) called spoke with someone at the front desk, they gave an excuse that everyone is out with Covid.. I work at a hospital I get it BUT.. a week later and still no one filled my medication that I need?? What if I didn’t stop?? Would it have been just shoved to the side?? So frustrating, stop using excuses and fill scripts in the order you get them. Will I get a discount for my inconvenience? Will I get a call when they are ready?? It has been two years of Covid related excuses do your job.

Pharmacy staff has become very rude and unhelpful when inquiring about delays. I was also charged for and given a refill that should have mailed (I did not realize that my wife had paid and was expecting it in the mail). Staff needs to understand that delays are not caused by customers and we don’t need their frustrations taken out on us. Learn that or lose customers.

If you are going to change pharmacy hours they need to change the website hours of operation. People make decisions on hours of operation for their clinical needs. Also, it is not good customer service to make people wait in a long line to pick up their prescription and close the drive through pickup.
