The pharmacy is the worst. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come here only to find out that the drive thru is closed and there is a line inside that doesn’t move.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, caring I always find everything I need and I find great deals especially when it comes to the medication and prescription. I need to pick up for my husband always on time. I love the store it’s right across the street from me and everyone is like family. Thank you and have a great holiday season and God bless.

Not sure what’s with all the bad reviews, but I also can’t speak on the pharmacy side as I only came here to print pictures. Store was clean and organized (which being in the holiday season is a very laborious job to keep) and customer service was great! Mickey was very helpful and polite! Staffing did not appear to be an issue. Also being one of the few CVS’s in the area that has the store open till 10pm is a plus.

CVS has been and always will be the worst customer service pharmacy in the world. Always too busy to help and understaffed. Worst place ever.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I’m sitting here in the pharmacy waiting area just appalled by their service. My daughter has pink eye and her pediatrician called in eye drops 4 hours ago. She had to leave a voicemail because no one picked up. I tried calling several times and waited 30 minutes to talk to someone and see if the drops were ready. The first time they hung up on me, the second time she said she had no idea about the script and it was the wrong location (it wasn’t). I came in person, the girl acts confused and says the script doesn’t exist. I asked if they’ve checked their voicemails- she asks the pharmacist and she said nope. She said I have to sit and wait 5 minutes before she can check the voicemails. It’s been ten and she still hasn’t checked, neither has she communicated with me, explained anything, apologized. This is actually the weirdest experience I’ve had.. like it’s almost laughable how bad their service is.

Literally the worst pharmacy in the area… never open for drive through, always a line, it’s gonna take you at least 30-60 minutes to get through on the phone…. Actually horrible service. Don’t go here

I Was feeling a bit under the weather for a few days, figured I’d check if it was covid. I went online and typed in “covid test” and was directed to this CVS. The online appointment set up was really easy. The Online appointment set up provided me with the time I was to arrive. The lady doing my test was very friendly and super helpful. She got me in and out, and was very friendly to my young daughter. (who had to tag along with me) Thanks for making process quick and easy.

I waited on hold for the pharmacy to pick up for 20 minutes! They never even picked up to say please hold. I was just trying to find out if my antiviral medicine was ready as I hadn't recieved any notification yet. Then when my husband went to pick the medicine up, they ignored him for 20 minutes. When he went to ring up something at the register, the lady told him he had to use the self checkout, even though she wasn't doing anything else. When did CVS get so horrible? Walgreens all the way from now on.
