One of the worst insurance agent I have for sure, never returns calls, never accessible, for some reason I was assign to this agent but I have never have any interaction with Cris Brock, at this point I think it might be a bot.Had a roof claim and their service was pathetic denied it almost immediately.If you're looking for a serious insurance company run away from this one.

I have been an Allstate member for over 10 years and was in my first wreck last October. Two months ago I asked that they cancel my policy momentarily until I was able to get a new vehicle and while discussing my cancellation I asked what the policy was on accident forgiveness. They never got back to me about my inquiry and canceled my policy anyway without informing me that this would cause accident forgiveness to no longer cover my wreck. My rates for 6 month coverage jumped from $878.70 to $1,491.86. I am now stranded in another state, unable to get a car, while everything is shutting down across the country due to the virus.

I usually hate talking on the phone for anyone other than family but Allstate is always friendly. I do not feel burdened when I have to call them for information and I know I will get my questions answered.
