I had the worst experience . I requested for regular nail polish. My nail tech was just rushing, impatient and poor customer service in terms of communication. I would say I was treated differently. I would NOT recommend!

Do not go here. I wanted a pedicure. They said 10 minutes. 10-15 minutes I waited then they sat me at a massage/pedicure chair. I sat there another 10-15 minutes ignored. l got up and walked out. No one seemed to care. Also very little nail polish choices. I asked if they had any more? lady at front told me to pick from the gel charts - they had those in regular too. as man walked me to seat he that those were only gel. Just don't go. not a great place.

A coworker recommended this location to me, so I decided to check it out. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails, but I said I wanted length. She cut my nails short anyway. I chose not to say something because it wasn't that big of a deal to me. The French tip was done too thick, and i said several times it was thick. She tried to fix it and redid several nails, but still too thick! By that point I should have just done a solid color but I'm just going to get them redone somewhere else. I was charged $60 which is insane to me. She said it was because she did a pink base and blue tip. To me, it looks chunky, like half my nail is blue lol. Definitely not worth it, felt like a waste of money. She was nice and made sure I got the colors I wanted but did not listen to my feedback of how it looked so I just said it was fine and left.

Extremely prejudice, I called on a Tuesday made an appointment for Wednesday specifically with Charlie! When I walked in Charlie claims, I did not have an appointment seems this kind of place took one look at my nails and the color of my skin and rejected my appointment! This shop only caters to a certain caliber or color of people! Several of the technicians laughed and thought this was funny. That’s when I knew this was a common practice for this place!

Fair price for the services, especially compared to other places close. The staff was friendly and very detailed. Inside is a nothing special but it gets the job done. I am happy with the way my nails turned out. My only grievance is that I had my manicure at the chair while I had my pedicure rather than sitting at the manicure station.

2 stars because they were nice. The service itself would get 1 star. I asked for round, extra short nails and ended up with medium length, pointy, square nails. Uneven and lumpy acrylic, nails all different lengths. I did speak up and ask for them to be shorter and round and was told ‘that won’t work.’ Yet I just went to a different salon a day after getting my nails done at CK and got exactly what I asked for in the first place. Tech at CK burned my natural nails because she was using a bit that’s meant for acrylic only and at a speed too high. Will not return here.Services: Acrylic nails

I had a wedding to go to and my normal nail salon was closed. Came into the granger location to have dip powder done. The next day half of the dip was literally peeling off my nails. Called and explained they had me come back in for a fix. The lady was so rude and obviously rushing to get to different customers. I leave the salon my WHOLE right hand the nails were not cured properly and we’re sticky and ended up messed up. Finally I call the main Salon to explain he has me come in and just repaints over them. They finally look somewhat okay. But literally the worst experience I have ever had. I appreciate them fixing them but i just can’t recommend.

I called to see if I can get appointment for manicure and pedicure. I was told to come now as there is vacancy now . I went there and all technicians were busy. One lady was waiting for pedicure before me . After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told to go to next pedicure chair. Water was very very hot. If I would not have checked, i would have burnt my skin to second degree burn, easily.?I complained for hot water, one person came and took some water out and another one states that now you can put feet down, without checking. Then after another 5 minutes, I put feet in water. Waited 20 to 25 minutes. When I asked the owner, she says it will be 2 minutes before 20 minutes passed. So I am here for 45 minutes and another customer also taken by next free technician and that person came 20 to 30 minutes after me. At the end , I ended with plain pedicure without nail color. And done in 15 minutes. This has happened before also lady year. Other customers of different looks got preferential treatment. I am not sure if my complexion has any thing to do with this . Will not go back for sure. Beware if you are not looking sophisticated or of non caucasian back ground.
