Fabulous workout facility. Large pool for laps and water aerobics, smaller warm water Therapy pool and hot tub. Locker rooms, showers and bathrooms are kept clean and staff very helpful & friendly. My only complaint would be that some of the specialty classes charge an extra monthly fee that is as much as the regular fee already paid to belong. It is not an inexpensive club, I would think that would be included.5/2024-Edited to add I highly recommend Pyramid H2O with Judy, Low Impact Cardio Drumming with Teresa and Chair Yoga with Jessica. In June they will be adding Silver Stretch, which is highly rated at the South Bend location (all included with membership). I love all the new classes keeping Seniors in mind!

Staff is friendly, they are very good about sanitation and keeping things stocked, above all it is a beautiful gym to workout in with all the equipment you need plus a ton of windows for natural light! Also, my experience with the other members at this gym has been nothing but pleasant! :) only thing it’s missing is a sauna!

I love this gym ❤️ childcare makes it extremely convenient, staff is awesome, gym is clean. Definitely Recommend if your looking for an affordable gym that has a daycare!? #momlife lol

Have been very happy with membership! Everyone is so friendly and nice. Love the open sports performance room and that it’s available to all to use. My 3 boys LOVE the ladies in the kids room. Have had such a good experience here for the last year. My only suggestion would be to please please add a sauna and steam room if you can find a way!

The hot tub has felt relatively cold for the past few months. I don’t know what the temperature is but it feels just a bit above lukewarm and not “hot”. It no longer feels enjoyable. There’s also a lot of dried up yellow stuff around where people can sit. That’s stuff has been there. No one at the front desk seems to care when given feedback because it’s not their job to go and make sure the temperature is actually warm for people or make sure the facility is clean. Really disgusting and disappointing.

Plenty of workout stations, very friendly staff always willing to assist, plus a great lap pool that doesn't have one smelling of chlorine once leaving the area. ??

Nice, clean facility (although it can be crowded at times). If you do not have a need for the exercise classes or pool, there are lots of cheaper options out there. Major disappointment to drop from being open 24/7 to closing at 5pm on weekends. I had a problem with accessing my online account and called the membership office several times over the course of a month or so (all during business hours), never got in contact with anyone and my messages weren't returned.

Swan Mishler teaches a fake “martial arts” class and thinks he can touch members. It’s creepy and disgusting. Management allows this creepy behavior.

When signing up we were told we had to keep membership for 1 year then we could cancel. They automatically signed us up 2nd year. Do to health issues and financial we tried to cancel. We were told we either had to have letter from doctor or had to continue paying our $80 plus even though we were not going until the membership date came again which was about $640.00. I was told they would send me a copy of contract. They only are interested in money and don't care if an elderly person has to chose them getting paid or medicine or food. I have talked to our doctor and got a letter. We did not have a doctor letter to join and what a waste of our doctors time.

I joined for the water aerobics because of my bad knee and close to home. I love coming to the gym. The only thing I would suggest is regular maintenance on the ladies shower curtains. Sometimes mildewy and a few of the outer curtains are not wide enough to cover the shower opening provide privacy. The youth activity center is also amazing and my daughter loves it!!!

One of their gym members keyed my car and so far beacon has not done anything to address the issue by increasing security. If you drive a nice car be careful, it may get damaged!

I love this gym! The atmosphere and aesthetic are incredible. There are so many workout options: the pool, group classes, personal training, Pilates/yoga studio, indoor track, and athletic training turf. They have equipment for any workout style, the staff is incredible. They also offer child care, massages, nutrition coaching, wellness coaching, and a healthy snack bar.
