“Any time I need a used auto part, this is the place I always turn to.I've gotten several used parts here .I highly highly recommend economy auto parts.I'm always greeted with a very friendly hello ,how are you doing today. I tell them the part I need they look into the computer screen and can tell you immediately how many they have and the price. Some parts are already off and readily availableAnd some parts need to be taken off as you wait .There is another auto recycler just over the Michigan line past Kindredhook. I've been there also several times buying parts .Economy auto parts blows them away in every category, especially friendliness & reliability............Economy auto recycling gets an A +++AND 2 THUMBS UP....I now need to buy an extra couple of rear springs for my truck. I'm going to be going in there in the very near future.Cheers.....With best wishes, believe me,Cordially yours.Bob Smith....”
“Cheers to Barkers Automotive in New Haven, IN. Confident I had great stroke yesterday after leaving regatta. Stopped twice to get icee type drinks, I still never cooled down. A/C in vehicle couldn't keep up with 90 degrees. This afternoon back up to 90 degrees, A/C blowing warm, I was melting. Called this wonderful shop. They got me in, almost no refrigerant in the system. Getting recharged. Hopefully it lasts! Should get me home anyway. ?”
“Koester's replaced and repaired my entire back hatch for a very reasonable price...actually unbeatable by any other company! Super efficient and communicated with my every step of the way. Looks brand new!”
“Cook's did an amazing job repairing my car. It only took them a couple days and it looks like there was never even any damage. I love this family and the atmosphere and I am incredibly happy with the outcome. I would recommend this place to anyone!”
“The AutoZone on Maplecrest is hands down the best in town. Store manager Kristie is awesome. She's always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with everything I need. Been going here for almost 20 years, and I'll continue to do business with this store.”
“Great place fast service got me right in took care of all the issues from hitting a turkey Darren from the bodyshop was more then helpful and went beyond to park truck inside”
“As a mechanic I like O'Reilly's they carry more dorman products in stock and have more American made choices than AutoZone . I have especially had better luck with their alternator and starters lifetime ones their house brand of suspension parts is generally better quality than the zone. This is a good location easy in and easy out friendly staff”
“They are always well priced and get the job done quickly. They fixed my daughters dents in about 20 minutes. They also painted my moms car. I highly recommend them to everyone.Services: Painting”

“Cameron and Crystal have made ordering parts so easy. Both have been willing to go the extra mile even after hours on their own time. Making my staff work load less and getting repairs done in a timely manner ! Great group of people to work with !”
“Helped recharge and validate a defective battery I purchased. Replaced it under warranty. Was a good experience. Employees seem to have some experience and knowledge and interest in automotive, unlike a lot of other competitor stores.”
“This is the best advance auto in the Fort Wayne area. Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Anthony Allen and Jeremiah are the staff to see. When you need something they get it no questions asked. If you need help figuring it out they help. Never afraid to step out of the box to help customers. Forever my home store.”
“Well, I got there and there weren’t all that busy and I bought new windshield wipers and I was able to get them put on my car within five or 10 minutes. It was pretty nice and they were so kind.”

331 Lincoln Hwy, New Haven“I was helped by Tanya. She not only helped me find just what I needed (new tail lights), but also helped me put them in and check to make sure all of my lights were functioning.”
“Had a battery go bad. Didn't even think/consider that the old battery might be still under warranty, so I bought a new one. When I went to return the old battery to get the core refund, Mark and Mike pointed out that battery I just replaced was still under warranty and that I shouldn't have had to buy a new one. Needless to say, I'm much appreciative and that they just saved me $200. Five stars, boys.”
“Everyone I had a conversation with, was professional & helpful & friendly. I had 2 estimates done with them. My insurance company totaled out my vehicle. I can't review them on how well repairs are done, but I will go back to them in the future, based on the good experience I did have with them.”
“Had a blowout on my camper, pulled in thinking “this’ll probably take for ever, being it’s Walmart” but that wasn’t the case at all, it was pretty fast they did the spare i already blew out while i was taking the other one of the camper, buy the time i brought the other one to them and went inside and payed they were done with the second one! Thanks for hustling!”
“This is the finest small auto parts store I am aware of - but it is not small... their volume is based on loyalty from nearly ever business, large and small, within the traditional communities stretching from NE Fort Wayne to W Ohio, and they enjoy a reputation that began the day they opened.Sometimes a person needs more than a "may I help you". I for example, once I could afford to replace my van, bought a car - that needed help. The counter woman assisted every step of the way - in fact her suggestion that perhaps I did not have a coolant leak/major problem, and to replace an inexpensive part (thermostat) allows me to enjoy my new vehicle now that winter is upon us.From Roger to the owners, even the customers help each other.Batteries are 15 to 20% less expensive than any "big box" stores, even the ones all the way in Fort Wayne. Come to Grabill - and remember how customer service "used to be." JEH”
