I have owned and carried legally for over 50 years and do not need a tutorial on what gun I am looking to purchase. It's nice that they are well versed in the different weaponry but just show me what I ask for. Did not buy a gun just an accessory and had to stand around while two and then three salespersons fawned over a a young girl looking to by a gun. Finally got someone to take my payment while acting like I was interrupting him. Arrogance in a gun shop is almost expected anymore, but this was slightly over the top. To many other shops to give my money to.

It's not hard to see why they have such low ratings. You walk in you look directly at somebody and they walk right away from you. I'm not sure how this place will even stay in business with customer service such as this. I walked around, looked at everything looked at it to other people, and they both ignored me. I kind of stuck my fingers in the air as I've got a question. And they still didn't assist me. SMH.

BEWARE Bought a gun with 4 extended magazines . They gave me the wrong magazines and when I went back because they gave me **** magazines instead of 9mm they have a strict no return policy and would not return them. Horrible customer service.BEWARE I will never buy another gun from them. What kind of company doesnt fix a problem they created???

We went in to purchase 2 guns, one for my wife and one for me. Salesman was helpful however my wife found a gun that fit her well and was easy to rack. I tried the same gun and it was nice but I told the salesman that it was too small for my hand. I looked at another and I liked it because it had a larger grip. My wife wanted hers so I said we would get that one and the other one.I even made a comment about the one that fit my hand that I liked the price too( cheaper) they rang us up , separate transactions because apparently you can’t purchase two guns on one transaction. Made no sense. They boxed both guns up and when we got home they had sold us two of the exact guns that only fit my wife’s hands. I called and went back to return the one and purchase the one I thought I bought and was told it was illegal for them to return it. Never fired and still in the box. I talked to an ATF agent and he said there is no law stating I cannot return it so they would not take it back. Have not spoke with the owner yet but will and if that doesn’t work I will dispute the charge on my card. On top of all that both exact guns rang up at different prices. I didn’t notice that right away because I had purchased ammunition with my separate order. Very disappointed.

Incredibly woman friendly!I have been to several area gun stores over the years, and have been ignored, talked over, and dismissed at every single one.Not here, this is my new go-to shop. Every time I shop here I am acknowledged, and my questions are answered. They dont act like I am an inconvenience, or that I am not worth their time. Weirdly enough, they treat women like people! I have shopped other stores with my husband, and even though I am the one asking the questions, they look at my husband when they answer, and treat me like I dont exist. I have purchased a couple guns from this location, and will continue shopping here!

This gun shop is far different than it used to be several years ago. What used to be an upbeat, well stocked, very friendly and understanding store has turned into...average.There is nothing particularly exceptional about ZX Gun, or anything that would make me recommend it over another gun store other than the fact that it is local for some folks.Prices are comparable to any other gun store. Ammo selection and gun selection are just OK. Employees are average. Be prepared for them to gawk at you if you buy a firearm online and have it shipped here for the FFL transfer. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of.The employees make me nervous based on my most recent visit to pick up a firearm. An older hispanic man entered the door to the store, and both employees immediately put their hands on their sidearms as if this gentleman entering the store was going to rob the place. He proceeded to look around and cause no issues while I was in there. They did not do this for any other customers that entered the store.2/5 - I will be going elsewhere for my transfers in the future.

Employee stated how much of a dump it was to work there told us to go elsewhere to buy ammo. The owner or manager you could hear him yelling from his office telling a new hirer "when I say jump you ask me how high" yelling at him heard through the whole store! Extremely unprofessional go somewhere else!

100% Unreliable, it says they are open, so I drove over an hour to get here and wasted a perfectly good Saturday morning! SCREW YOU GUYS. I'll find a good gun store!

Thinks is funny to post there Ads next to schools,Parks,Playgrounds where children play Next to buildings that mostly children go to, They should already be sued into the ground for trying to run ads for guns in a City that is Strongly Anti-Gun
