Wave Express was able to assist me in getting my truck from Kenner LA to Zachary LA. Patrick was a great conduit in making this happen. The carrier Marin Outlaw was very professional and delivered without any issues. Thanks Patrick! Good job!

Horrible place for “independent contractors”’ to work. Treats everyone like an employee. Don’t waste your time and effort!

It's hard to find $3 car washes lately. This car wash is less packed and fast. I did notice my car was still a little dirty though.

Got the unlimited car wash for 10.67 and used it. Now I see a charge on my card for 53.37. I called and couldn’t get anyone on the phone to discuss the charge. I’m done with them and thanks for nothing. I advise don’t give them your debit card!!!!!

Ended up "working" for Wave Express after its predecessor CWRV Transport ducked out on a 27 million dollar lawsuit in October of 2019. Same faces, same games, different building and phone number though, still fronted by Horizon Transport. It was tolerable up until December of 2021 when my dispatcher of many years left out and shortly after that the company became the biggest trainwreck of a dumpster fire you could imagine. A new dispatcher every other week, terrible safety meetings, impossible to get a load after being put on hold being told your driver 140 with 12 loads to pick from, telling drivers we are losing customer base because we wouldn't haul units to Kalispell MT when it was underwater and California when it was on fire. All the while 5 or more new hires would be in there signing their lives away weekly. I did it for almost 5 years put 500k on a brand new truck, met some cool people along the way, seen some awesome views, but ultimately if you dont have a secondary income to sit out the seasonal lows and big fixes that even come with the best of trucks, the mechanical abilities and facility to wrench and maintenance your own truck, and all around a backup plan I would look at a position that doesn't leave you holding a bill in one hand and bologna sandwiches for dinner in the other. Happy Hunting!!! ?

It's one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. From the company president, to the operations manager, to the dispatchers, and seemingly every place in between the staff constantly quit or get fired, leaving you with new people who are extremely limited in experience & industry knowledge. The "high-ups" seem to have a gross disconnect between their decision-making process and the effect it has on drivers. i.e. they take advantage of your contract and force you to go north for manual in person training, or they're constantly changing how to contact dispatchers and the dispatching process altogether. It's such a joke! Imagine working for a transportation company and you can't reach a dispatcher. Talk about spinning your wheels. ?The Logs department will micromanage your books and block you from dispatch for the slightest reasons. During the recent industry downturn, Wave still charges the driver all the monthly administrative fees, even when they have no loads for their drivers to haul. They take the money from your insurance escrow account and expect you to make it up "when they get loads." It's a total mess. Please consider going to drive for Indiana Transport, Maple Tree, Pinnacle, or anyone else before leasing on with Wave.

Great company to work for. I am as busy as I want to be all the time. I wish there were more South West loads but I’m still rolling.

Unprofessional and rude to deal with. Had a drive run his mouth to me about being a lib?!? Which was funny, I think I triggered him with my mask. Not real sure. Geez keep your politics out of the work place. Also his truck had Trump stickers on it. Wave Express seems like a company I completely want to avoid. They should give you a disclaimer, Warning Driver is an Elephant Dong.
