The pharmacist staff is rude n refuses to give me my medication that the they text me was ready. Show up to pick it up, now they refuse to do anything with out a “diagnosis code”. Told me they called my doctor that is in surgery. Each time keep changing how many times they called them and then said the doctor office said to cancel my prescription to leave or they will have me arrested for picking up my medication. Please tell everyone how bad this place is .

I normally like this store. The pharmacy hours have been messed up since they are short staffed. Maybe they should pay better?
But today I was assaulted at the door by some huge machine blowing scented air at me. I couldn't even finish shopping. I had to drive home with the window down and change clothes and wash my hair because the smell attached itself to me. Why would they want to poison their employees and customers? If that machine is there blowing poison chemicals in the air, I will never shop there again.

Pharmacy is a joke. Doctor gave them a script 2 times and they still would not release it to me because they were waiting on some "code" that the doctor said has never needed before. They are very slow to help the line of people at the pharmacy. Do not recommend.

The run around you get here is ridiculous. Waiting along time and then the respect for the customers is missing in this part of the healthcare system.

i needed an Rx - but I called on sarturday mid-afternoon - & - "NOT OPEN" was the message. I should have received a telephone call saying that my Rx was ready - that is what I have used to - & that the hours & days for pickup are - - - whatever they are. I will start using a DIFFERENT pharmacy.

Today, I lost my confidence in Walgreens. There was an upset customer and the pharm tech was appalling, her snide mannerism just made the situation worse, and to make it worse, she went and was telling the other staff about it then said the customers name loudly so I could hear. I heard his name. I told them that is a violation of Hippa and I Don need to know his name and I should not of heard them talking about it.The tech repeated what I said and sent someone else to assist me. Where is Walgreens integrity?I am seriously considering transferring to another pharmacy. I don't think I can trust them anymore!

I finally made the decision to get the vaccine I drove all the way from south bend to get it here because they had Pfizer, my scheduled appointment was for 6pm. When I get there they tell me that they close at 6pm and can’t help me. Why does their website have a appointment for 6pm if they can’t do it???????? I will never return to this Walgreens. HORRIBLE.

Made an appointment for a COVID booster, drive 25 minutes to my appointment to find the pharmacy closed. I get in line at the front to ask the clerk what to do and she watches as an elderly woman pushes in front of me and throws her stuff on the counter and immediately begins checking her out. I finally get to ask about my appointment once she’s done scanning her items and she was flippant and rude, essentially telling me “oh well, try another day” and gesturing for the next customer to come forward. I won’t be trying at this location again.

If you can’t find pharmacy help,poach them or raise the pay.The wait times are stupidly long.I am moving to another pharmacy and most others who have been inconvenienced by the wait times should as well.

Wish I could give no stars. On hold over an hour then over an hour in line waiting for them to not have script even started. 2 1/2 hours of my life I’ll never get back
