Boy a single cashier working on a Saturday afternoon. Self checkout only and staff just standing around. Very disappointing!

I used to love to go Target but lately employees have been rude and not friendly at all. I understand that you can be tired and you may have rude customers but you can be a little friendly. Every time I go and return something or have to make a payment at customer service I have to wait awhile because it always seems like there is only one person on a register when there are four or five people in that area and another watching the self check outs. Someone can easily hop onto another register and help out instead of talking and just standing there. The bathrooms especially women's get neglected at least it seems to me they are, toilet paper everywhere around the floor, no toilet paper, no paper towels, the locks are barely hanging on.

10-6-2020. 3:45 pm I just shopped for an hour. Cart Full of items. Older lady with sort, reddish, blond hair at the register, ringing me up. Don't know her name or I'd make her infamous. As she nears finishing bagging my last items...I walk to the register. Behind all the plexiglass. You know. To prevent spread of viruses and the like. I SEE HER LICKING HER F'N FINGERS ON NOT ONE, BUT BOTH HANDS. TO PULL APART BAGS. THEN, TOUCHING ALL MY SHIT. FOOD INCLUDED. AND NOT WEARING HER MASK. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F*** !!!

No one to cash you out. Im struggling with a screaming toddler while all the cashiers walk by smiling. I have a cart full and I have to scan every item. I don't mind if I only have a few things but I shouldn't have to check out my own groceries when you get past the point of 10 items. The employees could have helped instead of watching! So so frustrating! Im taking a break from Target. Not like it used to be.

No cashiers at Goshen. And no one cares or could answer why. Everyone had to go through self check out. No room to even remove items from an overfull cart with items for my elderly mother and I. So, I had to place bagged items in with unscanned items. Then their own coupons did not scan correctly, so I had to get help. With all that going on, I missed one thing in bottom of cart and was basically accused of intentionally not ringing it up. An embarrassing situation, that would have been avoided if there were cashiers. And do you think, I would be shoplifting when I am using my Red Card with all my information on it and two Target employees were standing behind me (not ringing up customers) Also tried to use red help phone earlier in trip, and no one answered. And several items not stocked on shelf. Awesome. I never write reviews, but there is a first time. Done with Target.

Super lazy employees! We now go out of our way to South Bend or Granger Target stores to avoid this one! Last time I was there, the girl working at customer service had on such a low cut v-neck tight shirt I was extremely uncomfortable. TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE to wear in public! If you go late at night, there is a Hispanic gal working customer service who wears the entire makeup department on her face, she is so rude and has the worst attitude. I did a return and thankfully I checked the cash back she gave me, I noticed she kept $10 before I was even at the front doors. I went back and she was like "oh did I not give you $10?" She KNEW she kept it from me!!!!! Will not return! Target use to be so much better than Walmart, now I find myself driving across town to other targets or go to Meijer and pay more- it's still worth it!

The reason I am giving this place a 5 Star is for its Starbucks, the lady who was working there today was so nice, there mocha machine wasn't working which bummed me and my mom out because we wanted a peppermint mocha, but she was able to make a white mocha version of the peppermint mocha, which me and my mom thought tasted a lot better.

I'd give this review a 5-star for their Starbucks, the 1 gal working there was great and with a line of people she was the only one manning the coffee bar and getting those drinks through in a timely manner. But...the store is a different story. The two girls working as the only cashiers in the evening could not answer any basic questions and appeared to be newly trained. At the customer service desk, the girl didn't know how to do an exchange and said that she didn't think she had ever been shown how to do one yet. She got whom I'm assuming was the manager to help her but I feel this is something basic a customer service cashier should know before being left alone to operate the area. The manager was nice enough tonight, but on a previous occasion I had witnessed him deeming customers and employees over something he was extremely impatient and upset about - in front of other customers. It was to the point where I was tempted to challenge him on the way he was talking to the employees. The bathrooms in this store also get a 1-star. They are in major need of updating which seems ironic seeing that they are located just outside of a newer Starbucks area. They are never kept up very well or clean, the sinks seem to be constantly clogged and I cringe a little thinking about having to use them.

This is one of the only times I've ever had a problem with target. Usually target is a great store and it always has whatever I need whether it be things like: Food, shampoo, clothing etc. ta always a good time when I shop. But today it just doesn't seem like I can come here anymore. I came here to get supplies for a party i.e. Food and other things for tacos, for this was a Mexican style party. We had everything, alcohol, plates, chocolate fountain, soccer ball, sombreros. This was gonna be one of the best parties of the year. Then, all of a sudden someone asks if we had cilantro and me being the idiot that I am suddenly realizes that I never purchased any. So I thought oh man, where is the nearest store to buy food from. Of course I thought that target was an excellent choice to obtain food, because I could always rely on their fresh food with great quality. To my surprise when I got there, there wasn't any cilantro. I asked every worker there whether there was any cilantro and the same stupid answer was given, "I'll go check in the back." And after 10 minutes of waiting they all come back empty handed. So honestly I wasted 2 hours of my life waiting for people to come back with nothing. Take this as a warning: never go to target for cilantro, you won't come back pleased.

Love shopping at target until recently had couple of bad experiences with rude cashier when paying with gifts cards the I got when purchasing 2 cellphones... I was buying other items and it happened that those items had gift card offer on them... So when I when to pay with the other gift card I was told YOU CANNOT PAY WITH THOSE!! I asked why not I got these here last week with my cellphone purchase... And she just said ohh okay... No even I'm sorry nothing... I thought it was just a miss understanding but it happened again with different cashier today... I felt as if they were not happy I was paying with gifts cards target give me... What's going target step up...

Target in Goshen probably is the Taj Mahal when it comes to stores of this kind in the Goshen area. Nicely laid out, friendly staff and great products - everything you'd come to expect from Target. Goshen is lucky to have them.

Super-Duper Middle of the Road. Restrooms are hit-&-miss, selection is meh but the products are great, I enjoy shopping here, and the employees are both friendly and helpful. The one in Ft. Wayne is better, but this one is HERE.
