DONT USE THIS PLACE!! If any type of life situation happens and you fall behind. Their “system” doesn’t allow payments. I highly recommend North Meadow. Very willing to work with you, friendly, and extremely helpful!

Happy with my storage unit need. Staff are always there to help whenever you need it. Security cameras have been an extra plus ➕️ in the decision of where to put my things.

?DO NOT USE ?they broke into some of the storages they stole all my stuff . and some other peoples belongings. gate was unlocked for several days . not enough security or camaras. people need to know . ?DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ?

DO NOT use this place. Lost all my stuff because it got broken into, I know I wasn’t the only one. Suspicious that it’s happened under new ownership. Lack of security/surveillance is negligence. Very disappointed and frustrating.

Went to check on my stuff in the storage u it and 4 other people had their units broken into. We were there a total of 6 hours and the “locked door “ was open the whole time. Never will I use them again.

Very friendly staff. Clean and secure facility. Accepts online payments which makes things super easy for me! Staff just called and left a message to let us know our lock wasnt secured correctly. I went to fox the problem and everything was safe and secure. Appreciate the call to let me know of the problem. Would recommend them to anyone needing storage.

This storage facility was recently purchased by a new owner and we don't recommend them. I mailed my usual payment in a timely manner at the end of Dec. My check was mailed back to me with a notice that rent had MORE THAN DOUBLED! I reluctantly bill paid the new amount and just a few days later we received notice that our payment was in default, a $10 fee had been placed on our account and we were restricted from our unit with threat of the sale of our property. Now we are stuck trying to find a place for our stuff in the middle of winter. Good customer service would have been two months advance notice of the HUGE price increase instead of letting us know at the last minute. They also won't refund the $10 fee even though my first payment was on time. Seems like they are only concerned with increasing income.

The actual operation of the units and gates and employees are very good. But the communication from the management is very poor

A storage unit facility where you can talk to an actual person during limited afternoon/evening hours. Don't have locks to secure your storage unit? They sell locks at reasonable prices.
