Bought my car brand new there and had to get an oil change. Called to get one scheduled they had a 3 o’clock and a 4 o’clock and I said that’s too late so they looked later in the week and didn’t have anything available so I said I would go ahead and take the morning appointment at 7 o’clock and just drop my vehicle off so I drop my vehicle off at 7 o’clock to get an oil change a recall, tire rotation, and a Maps update done so I called when I got off work at 2:30 to see if my car was done to pick up and it’s still not done so now I’m not going to make my appointment that I was supposed to make at 3:30 and that was the reason why I didn’t make my oil change when I called about it at 2:30 the lady that answered the phone told her this whole story and she said well if you needed it by 3 o’clock if you would’ve told me that I would’ve put a fire under their butt so from my understanding, these guys don’t work very fast. They work at their own pace less told Otherwise when I got there and I spoke with the service manager because the lady hung up on me the service tech said, sir your vehicle isn’t to only vehicle that’s here. I understand that but don’t schedule me if you can’t have my car done by 3:00 that’s why I didn’t take your 3:00 appointment cause I couldn’t make it. Not once did he apologize or offer to make it right with me at all. I purchased this car brand new. I will never purchase a car from them. I will definitely never ever get my car serviced by them and I will definitely pass the word along to my family and friends. I said I will be waiting for my vehicle and he said ok it will be 30 minutes my wife is still waiting there 50 minutes later. I had a map update that I purchased and brought in to have them install cause it recommended to take it to a dealer. They charged us $77 to plug a USB in and do an update. They even called me to ask where the authentication code was cause they couldn’t find it. Told them it’s printed inside the case I forgot to tell them what I charge for helping them. When my wife got in and went to drive the vehicle she got a message stating that the auto off and in won’t work so she went back in to tell someone and he went out to check it out and came back and said well that don’t have anything to do with anything we did I fixed it thou. My wife said it didn’t say or have any messages when we dropped it off to you guys.

GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Here’s my experience.
DROVE my truck (2011 ram 1500) in for a diagnosis. After about a week and a half I get a phone call stating my TIPM and entire wiring harness needs replaced. I couldn’t afford the price I was quoted so I went to just pay diagnostics fees and figure something out.
They say that it’s ready to pick up whenever. I drive out there, pay the diagnostic fee, get my key and head to my truck parked in the lot. Tried to start my truck and nothing. So I pop the hood and see my TIPM pulled out and my wiring harness was disconnected.
I go back in and end up speaking with the service manager who was very defensive right off the start. He had me confused with another car that also needed a TIPM. After I explained which truck was mine, me assured me that my truck would be ready to pick up in a few days after his mechanic puts it all back together. I say ok and leave.
I get a message from the service desk three days later stating that my truck needs a TIPM ($3500) or it won’t start. They said I would either need to get a flatbed and tow it or get that TIPM. I call up there and speak with the service manager saying that nothing should have been taken apart without asking, especially if it can break and stop my truck from running, I explained that I drove it in perfectly fine and I need it to be running at least. He eventually said he will see what he can do and I picked it up and it was good.

They don't care if the cars are damaged, if you don't have an appointment they won't help you, even if the car comes from their own dealer.

Not to mention the waiting area is a joke!!! Thanks won't be coming back here also will be sending these photos to the bbb to see if they feel it may be price gouging

Changing my ratings. Due to not being contacted in 2+ months on the paint bubble issue on my jeep. A courteous call to keep me updated would have been appreciated. My jeep has MORE bubbles in the paint that has come up and I’m afraid they are just dragging their feet on this. Yes, I called them in February, I believe, and they said one door was still not delivered to them. However, as I was talking I kept getting interrupted. All I wanted to say was I wanted to know the process and please keep me updated. Since my warranty is probably not covering anymore this is a huge issue for me. My comment on finding more bubbles before having them check this jeep a second time back in Nov/Dec was that it’s not rusted and it’s fine was impolite. They said the doors are made of aluminum. That makes no difference to me. I’m frustrated. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from former Sorg and planned to buy more, but I’m not sure anymore. I’m going to end up trading this jeep. I don’t think I’ll be happy with results spending MORE money on over priced jeeps. I won’t do used at this point. As a side note, I don’t go mudding or rock climbing. My jeep gets washed and I just had a detailed job done. It’s a 2019 Sahara Wrangler Unlimited.
UPDATE ****Changing review due to better service from my last visit. I really want to establish a good relationship with the new company. Hope we can continue. Thank you Axius

Avoid this place for recall work! I took my truck in for a High Pressure Fuel Pump recall repair. Picked it up and it was in worse condition, the uneducated service manager advised I can drive my truck it’ll be fine. He also didn’t want to leave the air conditioner that day and come see what my truck had going on he just defended himself and the mechanic to a T..2000$ later I found out they pinched a wire harness during the HPFP repair and shorted out sensors causing all these codes I had when I picked it up and went to drive off the lot. I called every chain of command including the useless GM who said for 170$ they can look at my truck! LMAO! If you own a truck you care about this is the LAST place I would go.

I was charged a $150 for diagnostics when I have an extended warranty through Mopar.
Then I had to take my jeep to a different dealer because this shop said everything was fine. Ended up being a bad rear wheel bearing that got replaced at the new dealer under warranty.

Call two weeks ago to make an appointment for a safety recall for the airbags in my truck. I asked about a loaner for one day, and they said yes, there will be a loaner available due to timing conflict with my work hours and their service department hours. Got down there get ready to give them keys and ask about a loaner and said that they only give loaners to people that Purchase the vehicle there. So they not only lost a potential customer later down the road and in my eyes, if you’re not a customer there, they don’t care about your safety even if the manufacturer sent you a recall notice of airbags, potentially throwing shrapnel in your face if you get into an accident that would deploy the airbags. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will not recommend dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle or for the vehicle to be serviced

Service department is not familiar with Ram trucks, I took my awesome 2015 Ram in for a recall and other service and when I got it back, the overhead console was not assembled correctly. I had to argue with the young mechanic 3 times to get him to assemble it correctly. The headliner still has greasy finger prints embedded in it from their attempted repairs, and I had to use several wet wipes to get all of their grease and dirt off of the steering wheel and controls. The female service writer has as very poor skill set for customer service, she got sarcastic and nasty with me regarding an error code the truck had. The one person in the service area that actually worked with me to resolve the issues, is no longer there. I think his name was Trevor, and he was great to work with, they should have kept him. They will not get an opportunity to service our vehicles, or sell us future vehicles.

Don't buy part through here. Had to buy rivets cost over $10 per rivet. Online had 30 for each set for $15. Not worth the money lost I promise you.

We are extremely satisfied with Sorg Dodge. We're in town briefly, and had a serious problem with our Ram truck. Despite their busy schedule, they were able to get us in quickly, and solved the problem. The people we dealt with there were friendly, polite, and professional. I recommend this dealership to anyone who needs work done on their Dodge-family vehicle.

Service department is a joke. I thought when you took your jeep in for service they would see the “service engine “ light on and check what’s going on. Noooio you have to specifically ask them to do that. Then they want a 2nd appointment to follow up. $$$$$ I could go on but I think you get the point.
