“Everyone here are great; and very attentive. They still measure and size your shoes. The shoes are real quality, not a mass produced excuse for shoes. They will gladly reimburse your money spent or give you an amount towards future shoes, if you're dissatisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend this store. I will be back. PS: They even have other products of quality such as scarves, socks, sweaters and shirts. This store has both men's and women's fashions. Check it out you won't be disappointed. “My wife and I went to Woldruffs to purchase a pair each of shoes. We left 2-1/2 hours later with 5 pairs (one on backorder. This is our worldclass experience. We entered the store and met an unassuming young man named Ben. After asking a few questions he brought our 3 pairs of shoes to fit me. Then he brought out 12 more pairs of shoes to fit me. Two important points; 1. He worked his but off and I believe he does this for every customer. 2. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from him. In my 74 years of living I have NEVER!!!!! purchased more than 1 pair of shoes at a time. My wife also purchased 2 pairs of shoes (1 on backorder) Ben brought out 8 pairs of shoes to fit my wife's foot. A great young man with great work ethic who knows shoes. Go to Woldruffs and ask for Ben. He is a great representative of Woldruffs. Oh one more point. As he packaged our shoes Ben tied up the shoelaces as they were originally and , wait for it, He walked us to the door and held the door open for us as we left.”
