Hate coming here when the owner is here due to previous issues. I swore not to give them my business after snarky comments a year ago but today stopped in a jiffy due to low gas and being on a strict delivery time. Once again issues. She was so concerned with texting that the transaction took forever to complete. Paused 3 times during the transaction to answer a text and kept me waiting on her. Then she placed gas on a pump I wasn't even at and someone else pumped what I paid for. She had to go ask the customer to pay for my amount to fix the problem. I also was unassigned from my delivery due to how long it took just to put gas.Super unprofessional. When she has workers I don't mind stopping but when I see her or her van, it's best to just keep going onto another gas station!Customer Service is very important and if you feel you're too good to be there working then hire people to keep your business thriving.

this business rips you off at the tank. I went there today, they advertised on their sign;,$ 3.99/gallon of regular gas. My tank took less than 4 galloons plus I used my 10 cents off from Kroger, which should have cost, $14.93. But instead it cost $18.49. even if it was 4 gallons, 4x4=16.00 not $18.49, don't get your gas at Shell, they are a rip off.

i came in here monday January 21st around 830 pm the man and woman were more interested in there laptop that they were watching. the male was rude that i came in for him to do his job. i feel that as if he wanted to watch tv while working he should have atleast been respectful to customers
