“Went in with a semi-complicated issue: had to verify my ID and I was reactivating a recently closed account and porting a new number into it. None of my information matched my current stuff since I had just moved across the country earlier this week.I didn't get the gentleman's name, but whoever helped me was patient and kind in having to call into a phone rep to get everything all sorted. It took about 15 minutes - which is no time at all considering all the stuff that had to be done, and I walked out working and happy. Great location!”

428 W Pike St, Goshen“I switched over to Boost and I am very pleased with their service. I went to their store on W. Pike in Goshen to buy and phone and their pay monthly plan. The sales reps have been helpful to me on several occasions when I couldn't figure out a feature or needed them to answer questions, they have always been patient and professionally helpful. I paid around $200 and got; a phone, a butterfly case, and a month of unlimited service. My monthly bill is $57.00 which covers my monthly service of unlimited plus insurance on my phone. Havingrhumatoid arthritis and carpal Tunnel in my hands I'm often dropping things so I definitely wanted the insurance. I recommend Boost to anyone asking who is the best provider.”
“Crystal was very helpful and pleasant. I'm glad I went there. I got a Samsung which I really like. She admitted she went from Samsung to iPhone. I nearly clutched my pearls. Luckily, the other gentleman employee showed his undying devotion to Samsung by proudly raising his phone. We shared a Samsung moment.Anyway, the whole encounter took maybe 30 minutes total on a Saturday afternoon to get a new phone and to switch my number and provider. The only waiting done there was on me because I didn't come fully prepared. But that wasn't a problem as she helped me with that too. All the while, she helped 2 other gentlemen and her new trainee!Would I recommend this store? Yes! 100%Would I recommend you call India for support? Lol, no. Chlis from India almost cost Cricket a new customer. Can we go back to using Americans to answer support questions? I decided to visit the store anyway and got the correct answers from Crystal, who is not from India.”
“Sick of my carrier I walked into this place during a winter storm. The young lady, Crystal, was so helpful. She went out of her way to get me the best coverage and price. I would definitely recommend. And so far their service is superior to my previous carrier by far.”
“Where I'm from there are no Walmarts. I have little Walmart experience. With that said I was in the area visiting some family and I had to see just how big these Walmarts are and boy did they literally have everything! I mean to me the store seemed visibly clean and neat. No shortage of staff either. The store was also pretty orderly and I had no issues browsing the entire store from entrance to exit. A store where you could grocery shop, get clothing, electronics, home goods, and many other options is a win for me. I enjoyed growing this super Walmart and didn't experience some of the negative stuff other posters have mentioned but then again I don't shop here weekly to notice.”
