I don't usually leave reviews but I felt like I had to for this place. First off, I want to mention how neat and clean the office was and how well put together the two employees were(This is usually not the case in my experience). Anyways, I came in just curious about getting a storage unit and wasn't sure about getting one or not. The manager I believe it was(Katelyn) was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions even though I could tell it was a busy a day for them. She didn't make me feeled rushed at all and really took the time to work with me. I HIGHLY recommend this place, especially after my experiences with other places in the past.

Not so good anymore. The corpos are going to start making all customers get mandatory coverage for their belongings in order to store them there. If you can't get private coverage, they make you pay for theirs. Either it's a cash grab, or the safety of the facilities isn't good.

Great facility, but customer service is horrible. They will not accept partial payments, or work with you. Just call you everyday, and tell you it's all our nothing.

I came in to check out availability for the summer and the manager was very nice and helpful, she even walked me around to look at the storage units and answered all my questions. I will definitely be choosing this place when I move this coming summer.

Over the course of 1 year my rates have increased on several occasions with no notice. There are 2 late payments tacked on every month on the end if you do not clean EVERYTHING ( MAKE IT SPOTTLESS). I do not recommend this buissness. Fair market value is their excuse for rate increases.

I loved this storage facility, first and foremost, the customer service I received was above and beyond, I couldn't have asked for better service. It's fairly local, has very easy and spacious entry and exits, it's very clean and well kept. They have outside units as well as indoor climate control units. Also while I was a tenant someone crashed into one of the outside units and no joke they had it fixed within a week. It's also really affordable. Another really convenient fact is 24 hour gate access, you can access your unit at any time that's most convenient for you, even after office hours. I really loved the convenience of 24 hour gate access.
