Just got done checking out a register 3 and while the receipt was printing out it had stopped and had gotten stuck without me touching it. The cashier blamed me for messing up the machine and gave me attitude.

We went to Menards, in a hurry, and in a rain storm. We were immediately met by Tasha asking if she could help us. She led us to the mulch and sand we needed and then brought us carts and helped us load, even in the rain, she stayed with us until we got all we needed and were on our way to the check out. Usually in big stores it’s hard to find help but Tasha was right there; serving with a smile in the rain. Thank you!

Menards is one of my favorite stores. The selection and variety of goods are great. One of my go to stores for sure. And the rebates are a great incentive as well.

We are from out of state and this is our first time in a Menards. We are looking for products for redoing our house. They have such a wide selection of products and lots of free samples and info booklets. I wish we had one in our area.

Shout out to the lady behind the customer service desk today. Came in needing some help and she knew exactly how to handle it and held my hand through the whole process. This kind of knowledgable, helpful employee is such a plus for your store, give her a raise and never let her go.
