My local small engine repair shop said they could not adjust my carborater on my weed eater and I should junk it. Menard sold a tool pack for 10 bucks that saved the day. They also charged me 300 bucks to fix something that took 10 dollars at Menards. The guy who helped me yesterday at the Goshen store big props to you. My weedeater and riding lawnmower were fixed for 20 bucks. You all saved me 300 dollars thank you. Truly thank you if I knew your name I would let management know you are awesome!

Don’t pick up an order inside you’ll be held hostage after waiting 25 min for your order until you go through the line again. I was told I had to turn in my slip up front to leave the lines were long, the door person wouldn’t take it, customer service wouldn’t take it. Just to have a cashier look at you like you’re crazy and tell you, it’s fine to leave. What a waste of time.

I've had a lot of good experiences with Menards in Goshen but the last couple times I went in the lady that works at order pickup has had a really crappy attitude really makes for a hard day when you work hard for a living to deal with somebody else's crappy attitude spending lots of money there
