Gave 1 star only because there is no option for 0Bought our Puma Unleashed in late 2021, in May of 2022 after only about 3 trips out we blew one tire, in August of 2022 blew the second tire and just recently 7/4 of 2023 blew two more tires. This is the Castle Rock ST235/80/R16. Made sure that they were inflated to specifications 80 psi, Never went over 70 mph, in fact most of the time kept it around 65 mph.

Beth Scott, warranty manager is amazing! We had a problem with a cracked RV wheel and went to Lionshead Specialty Tire and Wheel’s website filled out the warranty information with photos and sent it to Beth Scott, she was on it! Being we travel full time she was able to have our new warranty RV wheel ready to pick-up from their plant. She also mentioned tire shops located nearby and we had the new wheel mounted and we were ready to go in less than 20 minutes. Thank You Lionshead and Beth Scott, what a TEAM!

Excellent customer service. During a recent road trip we experienced a flat on our 5th wheel RV. The wheel developed a crack. Beth Scott, warranty manager, was quick to respond and send us a new wheel.

I was blown away by the great customer service that Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel provides. I found a problem with my camper tires while getting ready for a trip. I looked at my paper work from when I bought the camper and found that Lionshead is who provided the wheels and tires. On the website they had easy to follow instructions on what to do for a warranty claim. In less then a week they responded to my email, answered some questions over the phone, and shipped out 4 new tires! These days it is hard to find customer service like that.

Wow I have them Westlake camper RV tires that dry rotted on my camper everyone told me good luck when I told them I was going to reach out to the distributor for Westlake tires Beth in the Warranty department was awesome and they are reimbursing me for all 4 tires. FYI LionsHead don't make these tires they are just the distributor for them. THANKS AGAIN Beth

Let me start this review as a great review .We were about to leave on our first camping trip in our brand new RV less than a week old with a tear in one of our tires.I connected our dealer, who directed us to the LionsHead warranty department.I submitted all the documents required to LionsHead and stood by more documents or questions (none the formentioned came). Come to find out, LionsHead has a "No Excuses Guarantee," which we qualified for.Ms. Beth Scott took care of us, shipping us a new Tire, and ensured us that we would receive a refund for the tire installation (set fee applie). This fee covered the installation.Ms. Beth's customer service is far beyond what I expected.Thanks, Ms. Beth and LionsHeadEd C.

I noticed cracking on two RV tires (Momentum 349M). I’ve had the RV for roughly 6 months. I sent an email to Lionshead with the required info, pics of the tires, VIN, etc. I got a response the next business day and the tires have already been shipped. They are also reimbursing the cost to change out the tires. Wow… talk about standing behind your warranty! Thank you Beth, for outstanding support!

Had a tire separate and turned in photos to Beth Scott. After having a supervisor review we were issued a new tire. Beth was very professional and helpful in this transaction.After a week we have received our new tire and check for mounting.

I was in Elkhart having work done on my RV. It was brought to my attention that my wheel issue was under warranty. I got a hold of Beth Scott, and she helped me sort things out. Also made arrangements for me to pickup the wheel, rather than having it shipped. Thank you!!

This company has been amazing!!! We've had 2 tires damaged & covered under their no excuses warranty for the 1st year. We will be buying these tires when time for replacements! Thanks for helping us on our travels!

What a great experience and company. Beth in the warranty department provided me with all the information I needed to submit a claim for a wheel replacement. I took the pictures, filled out the form and had an answer the next day!! What great service. I highly recommend LionsHead and I appreciate the way they stand behind their products and provide great service doing it. A good old American company with good old American standards!! Way to go LionsHeads and Beth!!!

We had an issue with a wheel. Filled out the warranty form and emailed it on a Sunday evening. Monday morning before 9 I had a reply from Beth telling me the warranty had been approved and a wheel would be shipped in 24-36 hours. I ask for a tracking number when one was available and received a reply shortly after with the tracking number. Outstanding customer service.

We had a pinhole in one of our aluminum wheels on our 2018 Trailer. Lionshead supplied the wheels to the manufacturer so I was directed to fill out a warranty claim. Beth Scott handled the claim and was able to ship out a new wheel quickly. Kudos to exceptional customer support!

Had three tires go bad on an enclosed trailer. Contacted Beth and she returned my message very quickly. Long story short Beth is an asset to this company. The customer support Lionshead has is second to none. Within a couple days my tires were here. Wow what service !!!!! Thank you Beth for your amazing customer service.
