Well I have had 3 occurances--2 fried motors and a bad transmission on my RVs in stock at my RV consignment lot and Lavernes came to the rescue and made my RVs sellable with warranties on units 10 years and older...got them done at a quick pace. TWO THUMBS UP...

I can't say enough about these guys. First time user, a forever satisfied customer. From the time I walked into the office door and met with these people I knew they were something special. When I picked up my auto, I was so pleased that what I asked for, which was no small job, was completed to Better than New specifications. They are very knowledgeable in so many areas of master mechanics. I will be back. In fact, I went back the next day to thank them again for their service. After their unfortunate fire, they are work hard at trying to catch up turn around times. To me, it's all worth the wait. be patient, give them the time, you won't be disappointed.Tony Cinelli

I have heard good things about LaVerne's, so I don't want to knock them too much. They have a beautiful facility and friendly staff. However....most places will check out your vehicle and give you a quote for free. Not LaVerne's. They charged my daughter almost $100 just to check out what the problem was with her A/C, then gave her a very inflated total price for if she were to have her car fixed there. My husband and my son and daughter had already priced out the part needing to be changed, and the total amount quoted was $700-$800 higher than the part cost. I get it that companies need to charge for labor, but $700-$800? If you get your vehicle fixed at LaVerne's, be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for it. We will never go there again for service.

First time in taking a vehicle to LaVerne's. I scheduled an oil change with James for 7:15 AM and asked if he can have me out by 8:00 AM. I was on the road at 7:50 AM. Excellent service, great price and a promise kept! FIVE STARS!! Highly recommend!Service: Oil change
