My wife and I have been at Lakecity for about 13 years. I have developed a great relationship with the South Goshen and downtown locations over the years. Rates have always been fair and if there is ever a problem I usually get a call. Security here has been top notch unlike other local credit unions I have used in the past!

Worst experience with a bank ever. Their hours are extremely inconvenient and their service is terrible. I opened an account to take advantage of their Sure-Pay program, which they were unable to offer after the fact. After this -giant waste of time- experience, I am closing my account.
