To start off I did not receive the haircut. I asked for Tiffany butchered my hair horribly hey let her know I wasn't happy when I left mind you I did chop all my hair off but she butchered what hair was left? She also butchered my friend's hair 5 years ago. I do not recommend this woman. And no for a fact she still works at this place because of my lawyer this has been a very traumatic experience

Yes, I am a 'regular' and have been for a long time. Yes, the location is convenient, but more than that the staff are trained professionals who take care of hair excellently.

I’ve had good experiences in the past but this time I was paired with a different stylist who cut my hair WAY shorter than I intended. I mainly wanted a fix from a bad haircut by a family friend that had blunt awkward layers. I also showed a picture of Nick Nelson’s two-block cut from season one of Heartstopper. What I got was an incredibly short close-to-the-head boyish cut with even shorter layers that I didn’t ask for and were not in the photo. It’s not flattering and will take a looong time to grow back out.

Morgan is by far the best stylist I've ever had. They are booked out a little, so don't expect same day appointments unless there's a cancellation. Love, love, love this place so much! L&M is the only place I'll trust with my hair ?????
