Very friendly and helpful employees, clean store, aisles are easy to get through and a good variety of items.

Pharmacist working at this Kroger's are liars told me they would call me back about my prescriptions. Never did. Came in a later was told they cannot get these prescriptions at this location. Now we are out of medication for my child. Extremely disappointed in the negligence of the people handling our prescriptions

Self scan requires store associate at least 4 times during my transaction, either belt malfunction, product not scanning etc. Store associate proceeds to tell me to step aside and then starts kicking the machine ?, super awkward. Will just have to pay more to go to Martins for the better service.

This is not a rant about self scans. It's 9 in the morning you have no registers open your store is not busy.. When I am scanning 300 dollars worth of groceries and I have to stop because the belt fills and go bag while you have 5 employees just standing up there talking not doing anything then go back to scan more groceries and have to wait for the cashier to stop talking to come scan her card so I can continue to scan my groceries. Only to do it all over again 4 different freiken times. It's frustrating... Do better.... Motivate your staff they are a reflection of you and your leadership...
