After 5 flawless years with our Jayco Jay Flight we upgraded to a 5th wheel Keystone only to be disappointed within the first 6 months. We have had multiple failures to include but not limited to a leaking shower, faded paint or oxidation, shelves that have fallen off, lights that keep coming loose and falling, one of the two AC units just does not get cold, and minor issues like molding falling off, etc. Most of the items were resolved but the AC and faded paint seems to be my problem, wow what a surprise. Before buying this 5th wheel we were told Keystone has one of the best warranties, but now that we own it things are different. This Keystone already looks older than the 5 year old Jayco we sold, and the AC was also colder in the Jayco. Customer service at the dealer we purchased this from was ok, but when we press forward to Keystone customer service to address the outstanding issues we were simply told these are common and basically these are our problems. With what has happened to date we think we have made a mistake with this 30K + purchase and will only look at non-Keystone manufactures in the future. These 5th wheel RV's are not cheap to buy and customer service stops when you drive off the lot. Buyer beware, stay away from Keystone.

DO NOT BUY A KEYSTONE TRAILER!!!! Bought a brand new 2019 Keystone Montana 3720 on May 2, 2019. This trailer has spent more time in service than we've spent using it. Every time we take it out it has to go into the shop. The last time we used it was September 2019. Got to our campground, opened the slide out and it tore the flooring. Also found metal shavings on the floor. Called Camping World to schedule an appointment to have the slide looked at and have the flooring fixed. They couldn't get us in until October 16th. Dropped the trailer off on this date and got a call back from them on Oct 22nd stating the slide was out of adjustment and the metal shavings were from the screws. On Oct 24th got another call from Camping World stating Keystone denied our claim to repair the floor. Apparently if there's an issue with the slide that caused the tear it's only covered for 90 days after purchase. This trailer has a 2 year warranty!!! Called Keystone and spoke to a rude Customer service agent. She advised me the floor will not be covered.

600lbs Jet Ski trailer fell through the floor in our 2018 Keystone Impact toy hauler. Keystone refuses to honor their 3 year structural warranty. The estimate to repair is $8700.00 You would think they would have used quality wood for a load bearing floor, nope it's the cheapest particle board money can buy. I guess I can take Keystone or any othe RV company owned by Thor off of the recommended RV list.

Apparently it's too much to expect that a bathroom shelf can hold the weight of toilet paper rolls. ON EVERY SINGLE TRIP SOMETHING FAILS!!

If you are looking for an RV, stay far far far away from Keystone RV. We have owned our trailer a month and it has been in the shop for over half of that due to a factory defect in the sidewall that caused a perfect circle crack and yellow spot. They cut a hole in be wrong place for the awning of our trailer. It popped on our first outing. We have spent weeks trying to get Keystone to appropriately repair the defect. We were quoted 6000$ to fix it right, but Keystone wants to cover it up with a light to save their behinds rather than fixing it correctly. Warranty claims with this company are horrible. They say they back their products but in our case that was far from. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!!!
