I went with Jairo's because of Google reviews, I'm glad I did.they diagnosed my problem and did a great job fixing it in a record time which was 5 hours flat and I was short like $50 and he still did the job with being reliable,honest and operated with integrity.so he basically paid for my towing which was $75.it can be difficult to find mechanics you can trust with your vehicle, so I'm happy knowing that Jairo's Auto repair is close cause he was a blessing and got the job done right ✅️ thank you again brother you got me back on the road sooner than ever

I took my car in this April it had internal issues it’s still there and he doesn’t answer phone calls. I don’t know what to do it’s been like 6months and he always said he’d have it done by a certain date but he never did actually don’t trust this guy

Jairo provides excellent value to go along with his expertise in Auto Repair.
Does not matter what type car/truck you have. He fixes it right and he's amazingly quick on repair turnaround. He's priced fairly too. I had major repairs done to our BMW Sportswagon with Jairo's, its back on the road and running great!
This is a family owned business you should support.

I took my car in for a check at his shop because my car was relasing white smoke out of the exuaste.
He at first told me that it was the turbo. So I payed him $400 to replace the turbo. He apperantly had changed it and when I went to go get it back the car was still smoking a lot. So then he said that it wasn't the turbo that it was the whole engine that was bad. So we had agreed to change the engine and this wouldn't be at any cost becuase he felt bad.
At first he was making me promises that it would be done this day and i would have to walk to his shop after school everytime he would tell me it was done and it wouldn't be done. This went on for like 2 months. I soon got tired of waiting for him because i needed the car and everytime i would go i would see cars get done and leave the lot while mine just remained seatted. I told him that I would pay him for the engine and labor but to just finally get my car done.
I payed him $1,600 for the labor and to change it. Like a week after i told him i would pay him he gave me back the car and said it was fixed. So i gave him the money. So once i got my car back I drove it home. Once home the car started leaking what we thought was coolent. I sent a picture to the mechanic and he told me not to drive it and he sent a towtruck to pick up the car and take it to his shop which he then told me that my fans apperantly never worked. So I got new fans for the car and he replaced them. 3 days after that the car started running weird again so i took it to a diffrent shop this time. Where I explained to them the situation and that's when they told me that the engine was never actually replaced nor was the turbo, that there wasn't any actual visual of him replacing it. They also Informed me that the oilpan was damaged that where the screw to do oil changes was they had put glue over it so it wasn t possible to do oil changes. They asked if i had a recipt to it which i showed them and they said that the engine was never replaced just a couple parts. When we went to go confront him about it he said he would change the engine for free and he would make sure he would do it in a week. It's been 2 months and he hasn't finished and he doesn't awnser my calls and when i go to his shop on his hours that he is supposed to be open he isnt there. He had my vehicle for over 6 months and i’ve been paying insurance on a car i don’t even drive. I got the car back it’s at a different shop sitting exactly how he left it a complete mess. He screwed me over so hard do not trust this man Jairo he is not a man of his word.

My car broke down 10 hours from home on a weekend with very few mechanics open. Jairo took my call, offered to diagnose and fix the vehicle, accepted the tow an hour before closing and stayed several hours late to finish the job. Not many shops would work late into a Saturday night to help an out of towner in need out. His repair was excellent and we finished the long drive home safely. Very grateful for Jairo and his staff.

I put the wrong gas in my diesel truck because British petroleum reverse everything black is diesel and green is regular gas. My fault I called a couple places I got turned down. This man drove his car out to me to assess what’s going on and then I didn’t know that he was swamped, he cleared spot for me and suddenly I heard Aurora again and now she’s working charged me for that would’ve been 2000 easily. He’s a good man you need a break

Excellent service! I was looking for a good repair shop, called another place but never responded, then I found Jairo's Auto Repair who quickly answered, I dropped my car on the same day, next day it was ready. I'm really happy with the service and communication. Will come back for another repair. Recommend!

This is a long overdue review. I was in town visiting family and my car was having a pretty bad transmission issue. All other places around were closed but I needed the transmission issue fixed by the weekend so I can make it back to work on Monday in another state. I gave the mechanic a call told him my situation and had me bring my car in that same morning to get it checked out. About an hour later after dropping off my car at the shop I got a call from the mechanic telling me what the issue was, how long it would take to fix and how much it could cost. Later that day I received a text from the mechanic letting me know my car was ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, I did not have a ride that moment to pick up my car till later that day which I told the mechanic. But guess what? The mechanic drove the car to me for my convenience! Now that’s what I call Grade-A customer service!!! It’s been about a year now since the fix and still have had 0 issues with my vehicle. Quality of work and customer service of this shop for me is through the roof!

Got stranded on the road near Goshen. Found his shop online and called. He called back and got me in touch with a tow truck driver named Alex who "has the cheapest rates in town". He towed for $50! Not bad. When we pulled in there were alot of vehicles in the lot but alot of people working too. The owner came out talked to us and diagnosed the problem and gave us a price quote within 30 minutes. They gave us cold water and pop while we waited with our little ones. Easy to work with. Doesn't take credit cards but did venmo & cash app. He told me he could get it done that night (already 6pm at this point). We got a hotel and went to pick it up the next morning but it wasn't ready. So we waited 3 hours and called again. Surprisingly he answered and told me he would bring it to me. 30-45 minutes later when we didn't see a van yet, we drove down and picked it up. Overall experience was very good. He got it done within 24 hours and diagnosed and quoted price fast with multiple options on how to pay. My only complaint was how hard it was to get ahold of them. They need a person who's job is only to answer phones so we can get answers faster. Otherwise it was a great experience and I'm so thankful Jairos was there to help us out!

Took my car in for noise was honest with me and said nothing was wrong. I ended up getting my spark plugs changed while i was there it was done pretty quickly and for a fair price. I recommend will let work on my car again if needed!
