One should be able to trust their bank. I no longer do. As far as I am concerned interra stole $60 plus fees from me. I went thru the ATM 2 weeks before Christmas to withdraw money from debit card (diff bank) to deposit this money into night drop for interra account. Distracted the ATM sucked back in my money . Interra treated me like I was lying. 3 different people gave 3 different answers when I tried to get my money back. Almost 4 weeks later still do not have my money. It shouldn't be that complicated. 1. There should be cameras showing I did not get it. 2. Machine should have been over when balanced. 3. If a machine sucks your money back in , there should be a record of date/time and card# it did not disperse funds to. Unless this is a common practice interra uses to gain extra money? How is it an issue. I showed where it was taken off my debit card and there should be a report, overage and camera's. Thank you interra for stealing $60 from me right before Christmas and never so far returning it.

Usually great! However it seems their customer service has dropped significantly. I will be switching banks.

38 year member here. I've had a paid mortgage, home equity loan, numerous car loans over the years, etc, etc. There was a time I was happy that Farm Bureau/ Interra was my credit union. Not so much now. It's changed. One of several more recent problems: l needed a pre-approval letter for a construction loan. Went through the process, reminded the person twice what we were doing... at the end of 2 hours, she handed me a mortgage pre-approval letter. I told her AGAIN that it was for a construction loan... and she told me it was essentially the same thing. Okay, she's the expert. I took it to the builders and they laughed... typical Interra, they said. No, that was not what I needed. I tried contacting the person in order to fix it... no response to my emails (she was on vacation, I found out later). Since it was time sensitive, I was forced to go with a different lender. Didn't want to. I've done business with Farm Bureau/ Interra all my life. That's just one example. They continue to disappoint. Three stars out of respect for the "old days".

Worst banking experience ever. We've only had an auto loan through Interra, opened in 2016. We sold the vehicle in 2020 & paid off the loan. We received the title, obviously bc the ENTIRE balance was paid. The account has been marked as closed for 3 years. Imagine the surprise when my husband takes his daily look at his credit score and it's plummeted 80 points over night. Why you ask? Because yesterday, Interra opened up our closed account, added a $25 charge, then marked it as 120 days late. Considering the massive point drop, obviously this is being considered a 4 month late loan payment, not some random fee. I'm not sure the minimum IQ level you have to work at this circus, but someone flew under that level to get hired.

Most staff were friendly and helpful, others not so much. Made an appointment and was "checked in" then after waiting for some time a staff member told us we weren't on the schedule,I informed them that we were and eventually we were seen. I scheduled my appointment a week prior and had received several notices of confirmation and reminders. The interior of the main branch is not appealing (once was). We have been long-time customers. Hope you guys get it together, especially with your "revitalized" stipulations for customer accounts. Maybe go back to the drawing board.

They're going to start charging you $9 a month just to have a checkbook there no way around it total greed. Apparently this is only a bank if you drive a tractor while eating glorified Donuts . Went to a home show this early spring and one of the higher-ups was there I had some concerns with Interra brought it to their attention the higher up told me that I could use a co-op Credit Union for the ATM when I informed them that they charge $5 doing so she told me I get that back at the end of the month I said that's $5 an interest that you get off of my hard-earned money. So unless you drive a tractor and eat fancy Donuts this is not the credit union for youUpdate to their response when you try to reach out to them on social media they block you they don't work for the small guy apparently they forgot they got all their money. Closing my account soon

Friendly staff and very good help. I liked everything and they have service in Spanish. They should be very grateful to their employees who help people who speak another language and more so for adults who cannot communicate in another language due to their advanced age and that is due to thank you and I hope you continue to improve your service thank you very much for your time and effort

I've been a member for over 20 years. The folks at Interra have always been friendly, helpful and efficient. I love supporting a local credit union over a megabank!

Needed help setting up a business account for a sole proprietorship, and they spent a bunch of time working with me to get it set up properly. Very happy with the service I received.

I have banked here for over 30 years and each year it gets worse. Drive through at the downtown Goshen location?? You better have 15 minutes to spare and that is when you are the second car in line. Any and All locations....Send two things in the tube.. A check made out to Interra for a business credit card through INTERRA with an account number in the memo field, a payment coupon from INTERRA , same amount as check, same account number all matches check.. Drive through attendant looking at those two specific items because nothing else is in the tube.... So what are we doing today?? UMM gee I just thought would send that payment in that tube to see how it worked and I had and extra 15 minutes to sit here waiting to get asked that stupid question... EVERY SINGLE TIME EVERY SIGLE TELLER!!!! I am sure this is some sort of training module but after waiting 15 minutes in line, Post the payment, I have a business to run, you know what those two papers in that little round tube mean! This used to be the pinnacle of financial institutions in our community... It is a NO for me and our business now.

The in person branch is fabulous. However I’ve never had a phone call with this bank that I haven’t been on hold for at least 20 minutes before I have someone on the line.

Mobile app SUCKS use to be good and efficient then they changed it. Now it's more work and poor layout. It's JUST another place to deposit and withdraw your paycheck. It's a " use to be" but no longer.
