I originally went to them because I had bought a Cummins Ram that I intended to do work with and saw that they had quite a few work trucks there. Since then, if I don't do the work, I take it to them. The first inspection I had done, I was given a report with photos, and being a mechanic, loved that. Recently, I had a noise in my truck. It ended up being a little pricey to fix, and I took it somewhere cheaper to take care of it. After they managed to make matters worse, the original problem wasn't fixed. I ended up fixing that, but Hoover took care of the rest. I have a lot of respect for someone who holds themselves to such high standards like this and will be bringing my vehicles there for the unforeseeable future.
