This dealership used to be great, but new ownership has made it go down hill so fast! My mother in law bought a sonata from them and the engine failed under the recall so it was replaced, went back for the 1000 mile oil check and it failed again so they kept the car but didn't give her a loaner!! How crazy is that! How do you not have a loaner vehicle for someone getting a new engine due to a manufacturing issue. When the old owners had it they had loaners! Do the right thing and give her a loaner!!

Run away don't walk!!! Honestly I never had such bad service in my life! Purchased a jeep grand Cherokee and had problems after problems. I purchased the warranty they sell for it. The issue was getting them to want to help me! I would call and call and get different information. I had to escalate the issues multiple times and each person worse than the prior. The salesman that sold me the vehicle felt horrible at the lemon he sold me. At one point the management said we can't deal with your jeep take it to Jeep and deal with them. I refused saying no I purchased it here you call jeep and schedule what's needed! Good thing I did because jeep didn't even accept the warranty plan I purchased even though they said it's standard and universal. This place was a complete joke. Everyone was rude from service, to managers in every department. The Gm was changed during my time and even they were rude and unsympathetic. I eventually traded in the jeep for a new car at Toyota dealership. I tried canceling my warranty to get prorated and even that was a hassle with errors after errors. It seems no one wants to own the issues they just circle around them. Never will I recommend anyone here. My biggest mistake in life was buying a car here honestly. Cost me thousands of wasted money in a span of a few months. Check engine lights always on Month over month. The gm told me I'm lucky to get a rental through them while my car was looked at. I said excuse me lucky would be my car working since I am paying monthly payments for it to run!Both Gm's in my opinion were unwilling to assist and no one wanted to own the problem at hand that the car was in fact a lemon! Save your money go elsewhere. No issues with Toyota

Went too see on a new key for our Santa Fe . Sticker shock when he told me anywhere from $450 -$500 . I guess we only have 1 key for now . Went for warranty work.

Got an oil change and safety check there prior to driving across the country.They took us right in and had us out in less than an hour. Very nice people and great service.

Contacted them about trading in my 2023 Hyundai Venue SE for a 2023 Venue SEL. I was needing the cross traffic alert for backing up as I have medical issues that make it hard to turn and look back. My car I traded in for the 2023 Venue SE had every option only reason I traded 2020 Ford Fusion was it set low and was hard to get in and out of. Sales man kept me in the dark for 2 days. Even with contacting them. Said they would check with financial management and get back with me and still never did. I just bought the 2023 venue SE in December of 2022 and owe 20,000 on it. The 2023 venue SEL sells for 23,000 sales man finally after I complain about lack of interest in responding back to me and leaving me sitting and wondering said his finance sept said I need 4000 down. Which is funny cause when I bought the 2023 SE model I didn't need any money down and still owed 14,500 on my fusion and Michigan City Hyundai had no issue getting me the loan. Only reason I went to Goshen was they had the one model I wanted in the same color as my car now. But they treat you like your not important. I would never recommend Goshen Hyundai to anyone. They made me feel unimportant.

We purchased a 2014 Jeep on Saturday afternoon. On sunday, the check engine light came on. Today (Monday), the computer read out shows the catalytic converters, exhaust and low battery. No lights were on when we test drive. Mike, the salesman, assured us that the vehicle had gone through an extensive service check. I think they rigged it so the check engine light wouldn't come on right away. I think we spent 18,500.00 for a vehicle that has to be fixed 24 hours after buying it.

I had two truck batteries bought from GM that failed and were completely fried. They were on warranty, but they would not honor that unless I brought the truck in with the batteries installed, which I could not do except to tow it there. I had the batteries out and they were completely at 0 volts and did not take a charge. One had to be shorted and ruined the other one. Unless I towed the truck in they wouldn't even look at the batteries - totally stupid!. Steve kept saying "the best thing for me is to do it this way" - he didn't care about the customer obviously. He was very unprofessional. There was the big storm coming the following day and I had to get out of there and they made me pay for two new batteries that were new only 5 months before. He also couldn't get me in to the shop for warranty work until the following day. I am a mechanic, and I've had other issues like that with GM, and that is not how any other dealership treated this issue. STAY AWAY FROM THE GMC SIDE OF THIS DEALERSHIP - I can't say anything for the Hyundai side.

My mechanic recommended I go here to get a new radiator cap because it was still under warranty. When I made the appointment, they confirmed it was under warranty, and though they'd take 90 minutes to do all the diagnostics again, it would all be covered under warranty. They messed up my first appointment, so when they called to reschedule, I confirmed that I would be paying nothing. When my appointment was finished, they presented a bill for my radiator cap. I told them it was under warranty and they told me they had only made the appointment to replace the cap, not do the diagnostics which would have been required for the warranty.

Just a quick note about Emily and her service. I came in with a tire going flat, without any appointment. The Service Department was pretty busy at the time, and when my turn came, Emily was very supportive and went out to my car to check my information. She then told me that she would take my car around and have them check what was in my tire making it leak. I had my car back in about a half hour, fixed and ready for me to leave. I was treated so very well as a walk-in repair and Emily was very professional and very friendly during my whole time there. If only all people working in a service position every where could learn from Emily how to do their job it would be great. I noticed while I was there that Emily treated every customer that she dealt with the very same way she treated me. Her attitude was great and you need to remember that in the Service Department, she is you. Every customer entering the Service Department only meets with her and so she is what you are judged on when people think about Goshen Motors Service Department. And for you she is a great first and last impression. Thank you for the great service I received and thank her for a great experience while getting my service.

Great service, great attitudes & professionalism. Me & Amy Harris will definitely be back. They got us in 2 days before our vacation when everyone else was backed up for weeks. Ray was great!! Thanks again guys we truly appreciate all your hard work. Now we know our car is travel ready lol.
