Have been considering checking them out for a new truck. Found out today they backed out last minute from local Memorial Day festivities even though they agreed to it over a month ago. Just lost my business. Will take my excellent credit rating and cash elsewhere. Was hoping these owners were better than the last ones. Nope. Go elsewhere.
Edit: I just bought a truck elsewhere today! (7/25/24) So, they really did lose a sale and a customer.

GMC of Goshen did a good job repairing my vehicle after a deer hit the front of my vehicle damaging the bumper, grill and radiator. I would highly recommend the body shop. They did a good job keeping me informed of the status of the repair as well as their work with my insurance company. The lines of the vehicle look good (panels and parts aligned) and the color match is perfect on the painted parts. The vehicle was nicely detailed inside and out.
Cameras and sensors were properly calibrated. All seemed good when I picked the vehicle up. On the way home and the next morning on the way to work with the vehicle's the engine temperature started to vary wildly, and my vehicle had no heat. From 35 years' experience of working on vehicles, I knew the coolant was low. I stopped by Walmart and bought a gallon of coolant. The truck took it all! I'm a little disappointed that the coolant wasn't filled / checked after a major repair like this. Being a gallon low was a pretty big miss but I was able to easily solve the problem.
GMC of Goshen did provide me with a loaner car which was a big help to me and for that I am very grateful.
All in all, I am satisfied with the repair and would return if I need additional body work.

Purchased a 2016 Buick Lacrosse Leather w/38k miles on it (what was referred to as a "cream puff") from Brian Craft. What an excellent job he did in getting me access to the best vehicle selection he had according to my desires expressed in our pre-purchase conversation. His professionalism and pleasant personality convinced me to drive from Kalamazoo, MI to this location (70 miles/90 minutes) and SAME DAY initiate purchase of the above vehicle (on New Year's Day, no less!). So, if you're looking for inventory selection and a top-notch team to assist you obtaining the vehicle YOU want, go see Brian Craft and tell him I referred you because of their quality sales and service (this is a non-incentivized opinion/referral). Ask them about their financing options as they beat the rate my Credit Union offered. You will talk to Ron Roggero in Finance when you're ready to close the deal. Listen to the reasons that a transferable, extended warranty in today's supply-chain dilemmas is more prudent now, than ever, and a potential bonus to a future buyer you may sell the vehicle to over the forthcoming years. Hope this is of use to those of you who find value in purchaser reviews/comments!

Run away don't walk!!! Honestly I never had such bad service in my life! Purchased a jeep grand Cherokee and had problems after problems. I purchased the warranty they sell for it. The issue was getting them to want to help me! I would call and call and get different information. I had to escalate the issues multiple times and each person worse than the prior. The salesman that sold me the vehicle felt horrible at the lemon he sold me. At one point the management said we can't deal with your jeep take it to Jeep and deal with them. I refused saying no I purchased it here you call jeep and schedule what's needed! Good thing I did because jeep didn't even accept the warranty plan I purchased even though they said it's standard and universal. This place was a complete joke. Everyone was rude from service, to managers in every department. The Gm was changed during my time and even they were rude and unsympathetic. I eventually traded in the jeep for a new car at Toyota dealership. I tried canceling my warranty to get prorated and even that was a hassle with errors after errors. It seems no one wants to own the issues they just circle around them. Never will I recommend anyone here. My biggest mistake in life was buying a car here honestly. Cost me thousands of wasted money in a span of a few months. Check engine lights always on Month over month. The gm told me I'm lucky to get a rental through them while my car was looked at. I said excuse me lucky would be my car working since I am paying monthly payments for it to run!Both Gm's in my opinion were unwilling to assist and no one wanted to own the problem at hand that the car was in fact a lemon! Save your money go elsewhere. No issues with Toyota
