“I have nothing but good things to say about Maple City/West End Community Health. They are always prompt and make me feel listened to. They were able to diagnose and treat an underlying condition I had no idea I had when I first made an appointment with their office looking for a new provider. The nurses are incredible and the MyChart app makes following up on referrals and test results so much easier. They are all wonderful!”
“Sent my husband to this location yesterday because he had to be seen before the weekend for an urgent matter. He did wait a long time, but they told him right upfront that it would be a wait and they even gave him an idea of how long and how many other patients were in line before him. When it was his turn and he was seen, they treated him with respect and provided quality care to him. They listened to him and took great care of him, and I’m so grateful to all the staff who helped him yesterday! It was worth the wait because he left there feeling so relieved and like he had a plan.

“My doctor visits was great but the doctor order a shot to lower my bad cholesterol but it need pre authorization but over after 2 weeks still on the nurse desk I am not happy about that”
