We have had a vacuflow whole hose system for 20 years. With the amount of dogs (6), it has been fantastic. We just had our first service and learned how better to take care of the system. The serviceman was excellent. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. Great to know great products, great service and good companies are around us.

Purchased our Simplicity vacuum there 9 years ago. Still runs great. It's getting serviced right now. The staff and service people do a great job.

They came to me and replaced the motor in my Nutone central vac and I am soooo Happy ☺️ the new motor works better than the old one by far!! It was installed in less than 1/2 hour, thank you so much!

I just purchased a box of Miele sweeper bags. On the outside it said four bags and 2 filters. When we opened the box to use a bag there were only three bags and no filters. And the three bags smelled moldy. (Mind you this is for a vaccum cleaner with a HEPA filter because we want to avoid dust and mold in the air.) When we compared the packaging with an old original box it was pretty obvious that Erv's had given me knockoff fake non-Miele bags and charged the same price as the real Miele ones. We took it back to the store and they went into the back room and got a genuine product to replace the one I had originally gotten from the store rack, but the others still remained out front for people to pick off the retail shelf.

BOOO! I'm "the lady of the house" so why on earth would you even ask me, "do you know what kind of vacuum you got?" when I'm picking it up AFTER YOU HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS with no apology for the delay. You bet I know what I "got" and I'm missing her desperately.That's like me asking you, "do you know what kind of vehicle you have?". And when you asked, "want some help with that or you got it?", when I'm the only customer in your store and I own a 35# Kirby, well let's just say I'm probably safe in thinking you didn't really WANT to help so I'm good.EDITED FOR RESPONDERS CLARIFICATION:1. The door that was opened was done so remotely - behind a desk by hitting a button. No additional effort was made to interact, provide exceptional customer care or truly assist, so I personally don't consider opening a door remotely great customer service.2. Ask anyone that knows me. I am definitely not a "SOFT" talker! That's actually quite laughable because my husband of 38 years is 80% deaf in one ear and had been for the duration of our marriage.3. I was on the phone because I was using the time that I was being ignored to work and was respond to email messages. You make it sound like I was having a phone conversation which isn't the case at all.4. My phone number was taken when I dropped my sweeper off so it would have been helpful to receive a phone call explaining what the delay was OR a call to discuss my displeasure rather than simple replying to my review.5. Not that I've been the most loyal customer you've ever had, but I will not be returning because it doesn't feel like you really want to improve your customer care. However, I appreciate your response so thank you for explaining where it is that you truly stand on customer service.

I highly recommend this establishment. I took my vacuum cleaner in for a cleaning. And they did such a great job. It almost looks brand new, and it works perfect! Excellent service. Great prices and they treat you with professionalism. Don't miss out on this great community vendor.
