Warranty company gave me the run around trying to get the transmission on my fusion covered but Eby Ford fought for me and this dealership really cares about its customers the amount of time and effort from griffin and his team that was put into my situation was amazing I really don't know how I could have fixed this car without them I will never go anywhere else thank you guys so much for all the help and amazing above and beyond service you provided when I didn't even purchase this vehicle from your lot I won't be making that mistake in the future thank you so much .

We were driving thru Goshen and noticed our turn signal wasn’t working. We pulled in Eby Ford hoping they could look at it . Griffen, the service advisor, looked at it right away and noticed we had a problem. He said he could get it fixed today. Awesome job! We thought we would have to get an appointment and come back later. Not today, it was our lucky day. Thanks Griffen and Eby Ford for a job well done

EBY did a recall for my Ranger on the software that was giving me certain problems. Nicole explained the importance of getting the software up grade. I was apprehensive of getting the work done because of the chance of changing the operation of the software. Nicole explained to me that it would be an improvement. It was a big improvement. They were excellent in getting my truck into service and returned it to me in rapid fashion. I would recommend EBY to anyone needing service. Shout out to the excellent service of Brian, Griffin, an Nicole.
