The store is supposed to open at 9 AM. I arrived at 10:05 and the cashier was out on the curb telling everyone that no one showed up to open the store. She could not get ahold of the manager. I guess they just open when they want to?

Went for florists foam, and artificial flowers and plants. You need it... they've got it. Cheap.
